We’ve had many hams from this store and they’re always amazing. We had never tried their food menu until recently when we randomly decided to stop in for lunch. This place is cafe style where you order at the counter and they bring it out to you. My ham and swiss sliders were fantastic and my husband enjoyed is bbq ham sandwich. We will definitely be back for lunch to try other options!

I am a loyal customer that would come here religiously every year for our Thanksgiving ham. I walked into the store this year, and the lady who was ringing people up was very disrespectful. I did not pay for my ham in advance as I was told that I can just pick it up at the store and when I walked in with a specific order number, there were over 30 people that came in after me that were assisted before me because they paid for their order in advance. This is not the way you run a business and it’s not fair to those of us that were not told to pay for our orders in advance for shorter wait times. My order was placed weeks ago. Someone needs to do something about this issue as a lot of customers were very upset. I will not be coming back!

I recently ordered four sandwiches, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the items received. The sandwiches were excessively damp, and the lettuce was in particularly poor condition, containing parts that should have been removed before preparation. Additionally, one sandwich was prepared with the incorrect type of bread, which was disappointing, especially given my previous positive experience with a sandwich from a location in Texas.

I arrived at the designated time for pick-up, which was well before closing. However, the sandwiches were overly messy, and the components were sliding off the bread, leading to a very disappointing dining experience.

As I am now at home, I am unable to return to the establishment, and I do not wish to drive an additional 15 to 20 minutes for a product that should have been properly prepared from the outset. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This is our first time at Spring Hill location. We placed an online order a week in advance but we were told by staff that they are out of order at the time of arrival. We did not get any notification only to email to pick up an order at designated time. It would be better for the store to reserve the order for people who have ordered/paid/planned to pick up instead of selling to walk in customers.
We were offered the whole turkey to replace our order at no extra charge. We accepted it. Just be mindful that online order does not guarantee that your food will be there.

We bought a boneless Honey Baked ham for Thanksgiving, paid $110. Warmed it by the package directions. I was so excited to eat this ham. It was horrible. I could have bought a ham from the grocery store for under $30, and it would have been better. Was extremely disappointed. No one really ate it.

It always smells so amazing in there. And the staff is always so friendly. We normally get a ham from here every Christmas, and it’s always amazing. Today out of the blue, I just decided to go get a ham for dinner. They showed me the hams and let me pick which one I wanted. Talk about customer service!

Ordered a platter for holidays. Paid$100 for a sandwich platter of meats/ cheese/toppings for 10. Got 12 rolls, 10 sliced pieces of tomato on a piece of lettuce, 8 slices of cheese and no condiments. The ham and turkey were really good but definitely no worth the cost. You could’ve gone to publix for a third of that and gotten everything. Very disappointed.

Sandwiches are pretty good here. Not a whole lot of menu to choose from and and the store seems very empty.

But I did notice that they offer first timers a free sandwich if you sign up online. They will email you a free sandwich bar code. Looking at the email it has an expiration date but doesn’t appear to really expire. The code is also universal and the same for everyone. Me and my wife go about once a month.
