Terrible to go service on a order to go. I’m very Thankful, for the new management, you can definitely tell the difference, but unfortunately (Lily)! Needs to be let go! She is a very rude young girl! That’s needs to learn how to properly speak to customers! And shut her big mouth! She argued over a piece of cheese to me. Instead of saying okay and placing the cheese on the sandwich respectfully.

Got charged $14-15 for a small wrap. No beverage , no sides only this small wrap. Why am I getting charged a footlong price for less than the size of a 6 inch sub. I also got charged a Dine In fee when I took my order to go.

Horrible. Ordered for pickup. My sandwich looked as if they had squeezed it between their fingers along with the wrong ingredients. Bread completely torn. Will go to a different location in the future. Incompetent staff and horrid quality. Unacceptable with these prices. This store needs an employee/management overhaul.

I ordered a party sub for my daughters graduation. The employee was very nice. When the day came, I called multiple times trying to make sure the sub was done and ready. The lady who answered the phone was rude and acted like I was bothering her(she turned out to be the manager).
When I picked it up, it was over $50 more then I was quoted. They had my name and phone number and didn’t let me know. I told the manager that’s not what I was quoted and she said she knew and was nasty about it. She didn’t even try and make it right, just blamed her employee. I should have walked out and not paid but I had a house full of graduates. The bread we as rock hardI and stale. I emailed corporate and never heard anything back. Worst run business in Chino Valley. I will never buy from them ever again. I will never purchase anything at any subway because corporate couldn’t care less either.

Sandwich artist refused to crew cut my meatball sub. She said she’d get fired for cutting it all funky.
Sandwich artist obviously didn’t know what crew cut was and was argumentative and uninterested in learning.
Atmosphere and ingredients seem fine but the service is severely lacking at this location.
