What an excellent sandwich. The best of the chain sandwich shops, even better than Firehouse. The first time I’ve had a bacon sandwich that had a decent amount of bacon. I recommend getting a large 18” sub and splitting it between two people.

The food tasted good but there was a large piece of bone in my turkey sandwich. I would have expected better from a place where the sandwiches are expensive. We got takeout and I didn’t find it until we got home.

On our way to Pittsburg from Buffalo , listening to podcast on best fast food restaurants. We don’t have a Capriotti’s in NY. I checked the locations and one was very close to our hockey game. Very happy to be able to have a hot Big Bobbi ( we did share it)
The podcast was correct this place is delicious and great staff. We will stop by again!!

Great experience at Capriottis.
This location is very clean and well-maintained.
Adequate parking in the lot which is shared with other shops in the strip.
I tried the Wagyu French Dip Sandwich which comes with a small cup of beef dipping sauce/gravy and was amazing.
While not cheap, it is on par with other Sandwich shops of this quality.
Lots of seating available.
The staff was friendly and efficient.

Overall, the food was very good. We got takeout. The turkey salad was great. The fries were crisp and perfectly salted. The turkey sandwich was a little dry and could have used more vinegar or some mustard. The large fry is plenty to share. It was a good experience and we will order from here again.

Overrated and underwhelming. I’d heard some good things about this place, so I stopped by, especially curious about the supposedly amazing tuna hoagie. Walked in with a couple of questions, but the guy behind the counter’s vibe seemed annoyed and uninterested in answering questions like I should have known already —- just wanted me to order and not ask questions. When I asked if they could toast the bread, it was a straight “no.”
As for the food? Total letdown. The tuna hoagie tasted like they cracked open a can, smashed it onto the bread, and served it dry—no mayo, no seasoning, no dressing. Bland doesn’t even cover it. The cheesesteak hoagie was just as forgettable. Safe to say we wont be back.
(Side note: The lettuce in my photo is something I had to add myself because their toppings were skimpy.)

Ordered a steak and cheese. Was missing most of the toppings I selected. Aside from that the flavor was good and I’d buy again for sure if done correctly. The flat fries are awesome, gimme more!
This was opening day, I understand that everyone is learning. Will try again in a couple weeks.
Tried again. Second wag yu steak n cheese was very good. Got exactly what I asked for. The flat fries were awesome. Used a buy one get one coupon—nice

I had the steak steak and cheese with sweet peppers and provolone. The flavor of it was good but I like my bread toasted. We also had the meatball sandwich which wasn’t bad but again the bread wasn’t toasted. We got an order of fries and they were good. If I want again I would definitely toasted on the inside preferably and the outside. Stopped and had the wagyu French dip with grilled onions and it had pretty good flavor as well as the au jus served with it.

This place is great. Much better than other lunch spots. I appreciate the friendly staff. Cashier brought my sandwich to the table, it was like a full service restaurant experience in a casual dining spot. You also get a free grill cheese for kids with each sandwich purchase. I have visited this store in Las Vegas and Delaware and the Cranberry Township Location is becoming a favorite for me and the kids.

First time coming in . Staff greeted you as you walked in . Super pleasant kid that worked register. Food came out fresh and hot. Fries were amazing . Was definitely happy I decided to stop spur of the moment. Its a little pricey for a sandwich, but the flavors make up for it for sure.
