Great quality, freshness, cleanliness , and customer service. This location became our favorite store. I don’t like to give bad reviews, however, not all Chipotles are run or manage the same way. This location serves as a great model of what a true restaurant should be run. Some young servers need to be better at their craft, and understand the line of work they are at, and that it is not about a paycheck, however, keep up the great work you all are doing. I totally recommend this place and location.

The bowl with sofritas, pinto beans, brown rice, soft cooked peppers and onions, and some salsa on top was filling and provided sufficient texture and flavor. $ 10.21 (no chips, no drink) is not bad for a somewhat healthy, vegetarian, and fast lunch.

This is the third time I’ve come here with my kids, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing every single time. The staff always seem unhappy and unapproachable, and it feels like a smile is too much to ask for. The chips have been stale on all three visits.
I ordered the large queso and was given a cup of sour cream instead. The kids’ quesadilla was pressed with the foil still on it, which caused it to stick together. I even left a tip hoping for a simple “thank you” or a smile, but received neither.
Sadly, this will be our last visit to this location. I’d rather drive to the West Shore Chipotle, where the service is consistently better. The only positive I can mention is the one young man who’s always there—he’s the only pleasant and professional employee I’ve encountered.

Come here if you want to be charged for extra portions everytime when you don’t get extra portions.
Also I get a big double wrap burrito and instead of having someone who knows how to roll a burrito do it. They called some person training to wrap it so now everything is falling apart as I eat it. I’ll never come here again

I’ve never had any bad experience at any chipotle. But I waited 6 minutes in line at 10:30 just to found out they had no meat left. Workers were extremely nice but poor management how are you not going to have any protein left with 30 mins left? Really disappointed.

Less portions compared to the Chipotle on linebaugh when ordering online. There are employees making orders that do not speak English. When I said I was picking up an order the girl said “no” and walked away getting someone else that does speak English. Idc if people work there and English is not the first language. But if in a position where you have to interact with customers it should be a given that they speak English.

Worst service ever. the trio at the end of the line handling takeout do a better job of making fun of customers and laughing at them then they do filling orders and pretending to have professional courtesy.
Avoid this place at all costs unless you speak their language, then you seem to be okay

I love this location! Always excellent service and they have a Chipotlane! My office occasionally orders from this location for a group lunch and they always have it ready on time, neatly packaged and labeled!
