If I could give 0 stars trust me I would!!! They are the slowest ever here after 11PM, hire people NOW!!!! And stop putting people on break during rush hour!! 14 cars parked in front waiting, not a single car in the drive thru.

There was 3 items missing in my order. Noticed when I got home. Went back and manager didn’t believed me since she said she was the one that packed the food. Made me wait an additional 30 minutes while they review security cameras. While I was there an additional older female was working and she was nasty to a delivery pickup person. Needles to say. I will not be going there anymore. Incident happened 2/22/2026 around 12:16 in the afternoon.

You know, sometimes in a man’s life, he wants to forcefully void his bowels after a long night of partying. Although Taco Bell is usually great for such things, this ain’t it chief. I pulled up here wanting a heavily advertised cheesy chalupa thing. I mean 90% of the menu board had pictures of this chalupa. Taco Bell stopped having quesaritos recently which absolutely blows, so I was like “Guess I’ll have this chalupa thing”. Well, they were out. They were out of the food item that was pretty much their wallpaper at this point.
Oh, and I went back several times in subsequent months. They were out of their main attraction every time.

The staff was nice & friendly enough to help me order an item that was not on the digital touch-screen kiosk. Everything was organized: sauce, lids, dining room, (there is even a covered outdoor eating area). The food was incredible (what Iike about Taco Bell is that they always have something *NEW* & *AFFORDABLE* going on in a cardboard box, meals that are *ADVERTISED* in a way that looks fun, exciting, & tasty)! This is pretty much a new location which is exciting. I see a bright future on 4th Street in Allentown! If one really wanted to nitpick, there is a hinge in the mens bathroom (more specifically the stall) that looks like it needs adjustment or replacement (I guess this information pertains to those with a more meticilous attention to detail) either way, it doesn’t affect the quality of the restaurant itself.

This place has the worst staff. Every time we order from this location on the app to eat at home, we are missing items that we paid for. EVERY SINGLE TIME. My husband noticed before he left 3 cheese sauces we ordered were not in the bag, he asked for them, they were genuinely annoyed he asked for the cheese sauce, played with the little cheese cup in front of him awkwardly for about a minute and put it in the bag. He got home the cheese sauce was spilled all over the bag which probably was intentional, and we were of course missing nachos that we paid for. I would expect a little more initiative to get it right when someone is paying $30 for fast food these days. I’d rather go to the Quakertown location- more efficient.

Stopped by for a quick bite & my standard Supreme Crunchy Taco was one of the best I have had in yrs in terms of presentation & value for $$- like pretty, full, and neatly wrapped! The only reason not a five star is that the meat was cool. Will return.
