The food truck is actually parked on Kealohilani Ave where they have some standing tables and new large mural and the Double Fat Ice Cream shack with a little of it’s own sitting.
The food is good and a little cheaper than other options in this expensive area. The portions aren’t so large you will feel bloated from all the gluten. If you’re hungry you can get some cheesy bread or get another course in the neighborhood.
The staff was friendly and helpful in helping me find the truck.

Don’t know how this place hasn’t blown up. Absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I each got gnocchi and garlic bread. The woman stated it would be 12+ minutes but took so much less. That was the best meal we have had on this island and hope we can squeeze in another trip here. Beyond amazing. Only downside is not much seating but we didn’t mind, we stood at a table and ate

I cannot recommend this food truck enough! My husband and I ordered a smorgasbord to try everything. We got: the Amatriciana, gnocchi ragú bolognese, zozzone, Caesar salad, and the garlic cheese bread. All the food was fresh and delicious. I cannot wait to eat here again!

We can’t rave about this place enough! It’s only one block off the main street in Waikiki, but it felt like we had left all of the tourist traps. It’s a food truck (joined by a small ice cream stand), with a substantially sized parking lot all to themselves. They had a few sit-down tables as well as standing-only, bar tables. The area was decorated with some cute string lights and even some fake grass to liven it up a bit.
We ordered the gnocchi ragu Bolognese, the carbonara, and a Caesar salad. All of them were on point and portions were enough that between the 3 dishes, we were both full. The gnocchi was homemade and very soft. But the star of the night was the carbonara. The sauce had so much flavor and the noodles were cooked al dente, and best of all, the guanciale was not fatty at all. It was that perfect balance of crispy and chewy.
& the icing on the top– you can go right next door for ice cream when you’re done!

Maybe i expected a little bit too much about this place because of the 5 star reviews..but yeah, the food is okay.. the gnocchi i expected it to be a little more lighter and fluffier inside.. the panna cotta is a bit on the denser side but the flavors are good. Not an mmmm wow experience but hey its not fine dining

One dish was five star and one was three star today. Staff was very pleasant. The gnocchi was great! Other pasta dish had way way too much pepper for me. Had I said something they probably would have changed it for me, however I was uncomfortable to ask.

This was one of the most disappointing meals we had during our time in Oahu. I tried the gnocchi bolognese. For a sauce that’s supposed to be meat-based, there was very little meat in this sauce, and very little sauce in general. My partner got the carbonara. Carbonara is supposed to be creamy, but this one was not creamy at all. The spaghetti was swimming in a pool of watery sauce. To top it off, the portions are so small, and that says a lot coming from me – I eat less than the average person. Definitely not worth $15.

My favorite place to eat on O’ahu! The food is absolutely incredible. The chef makes a lot of the pasta for some other restaurants nearby so you know the quality is going to be great. The gnocchi was so delicate and flavorful. We tried several other dishes and each one was absolutely wonderful and expertly made. We loved talking to everyone who works there and they helped make our trip a great one. We went back several times because the food was that good. This should definitely be on your must try list when you visit!

This place is amazing! We are Italian and we typically don’t like other Italian food because it’s not authentic. I am also a chef and I own an Italian restaurant myself, so my family and I can be very picky. This place is very authentic and was incredibly delicious. We took our food to the beach to have a nice meal. We ordered a risotto alla parmigiana, a pesto pasta dish, and an Arrabiata pasta dish. All of the dishes were outstanding! Please don’t waste your time at all the other fancy restaurants and go here instead!
