I have been to Ziggis about 5 times. The coffee is excellent and the staff are always friendly. The speed is a little slow and the prices are a little high but I will return as long as it is convenient.

We had breakfast sandwiches (waffle and and gluten free) and they both were fantastic. We were able to get our food and drink (Salted Carmel – pretty good drink) pretty quick from walking up to order. The Drive tru lane was pretty long, but they have staff coming out to take order. So, it might not be too bad. Staff were also super nice. We will certainly go back.

Was a loyal customer. Purchased an energy drink every morning. This morning when I purchased my large fruit punch energy drink I was told the price was $9.37 cents. That was an increase of 38 cents over night. That’s is the 3 rd increase in price in 12 months. YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER!

I ordered gluten free pumpkin bread on DoorDash and it is NOT gluten free. The restaurant put a sticker label on the package that says “GF” but the ingredients list includes wheat flour. Very dangerous and frustrating for people with food allergies!

The overall value/price, tainted my experiences here. With so many coffee place’s around only a few will eventually stand out. “starbucks” is still the KING and even other smaller coffee shops have found a nitch in the area.
As I pulled up to the window I mentioned it was my 1st time trying the place. There was no guidance or any helpful tips from the barista. She didn’t remind me or tell me about the Ziggi app nor did she even ask to scan the app at time of payment. I actually had downloaded it back from the original grand opening area mailer/flyer.
I ordered a Colorado Mocha Frap. It was fabulous tasting, but the $8 price tag was a bit too much for me to want to come back anytime soon. I will continue to recommend Starbucks and even Bigbys in Plainfield.
I am no longer able to recommend this location- 3 strikes now —-YOUR OUT!! The app sux and doesn’t provide any value to your customer— Good luck but the way your doing business will put you out within a year!

My husband always gets custom order coffee. All the coffee shops we’ve been to lately he’s nearly always disappointed. Ziggi’s coffee change that for him really impressing him with their hazelnut cream. As for me, my vanilla latte was 5 star worthy.
