We love the other panda that’s over in Southgate Commons, this one is right across from pikes peak community college so it’s a little bit easier. Plus it has a drive-thru. I put in a pickup order for 11:45 so that my son could pick up an order after his class is over and bring it to the high school for his other siblings. They made the order 30 minutes early so by the time he got there it was freezing cold. We asked them to remake it and it took over an hour. My children didn’t even get to have lunch because of their incompetence.
I attempted to call the store numerous times before he got there to pick it up as soon as I got a text that it was ready early. And there was never any answer. It was a complete waste of money and time. By the time we got the correct order I could have driven to the other Panda gotten my order and delivered it to the high school.

This is hands-down the best Panda Express in town. The food is always warm, fresh, and cooked perfectly every single time. The employees are consistently friendly, polite, and genuinely make the experience better. I’ve never had a bad visit here they keep the line moving and the quality high. If you want Panda done right, this is the spot.

I’ve been to this location twice now for a mobile order that you would think would be ready by the time that I drive there. Twice now I’ve been told to park and they will bring the food to my car. That’s not a big deal if it wasn’t for the fact that I had to wait a whole hour just to get my food. First time I thought they were just understaff but then it happened again today. They should just close the place down until they are able to properly run this place.

Food was hot & fresh!! We usually go to the panda on Hancock but this one is way better. Place was super clean, friendly and fast. All the items looked fresh and well cooked! I was in and out the line and sat and ate dinner with my children. Tho we didn’t get any fortune cookies (sad face) We will definitely be coming back. I also got a coupon in the mail since we live close by. Happy to have you in the neighborhood!!!

Update:less than 20 mins after eating the seasme chicken and avoiding the greens and shrimp I puked…
Super greens were so bitter, brown and slimy. I tried calling the location to tell them but no one answered the phone. I just had spine surgery after carrying my food up 3 flights of stairs i don’t have the energy to go back in person to complain. This is extremely discomforting as I could end up with food posing from bad spoiled food. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely poor business tactics.
I also ordered the walnut shrimp instead of the normal crunch it’s quite soggy and taste sour… I’m not sure this location makes fresh food as my whole order tasted spoiled. I was really looking forward to a decent meal I didn’t have to cook myself. Highly disappointed.

You naughty, naughty panda. Typically when one orders a triple entree combo, they expect to receive cutlery. Do they really expect one regular gal to eat this whole meal by herself? No silver spoon is necessary, but I would rather not shovel greasy chicken into my mouth Bare handed. that being said, the fare was pleasant, and comforting after a rambunctious day of releasing my inner child. I recommend all who see this review to enter with caution and ensure they put silverware into your package if you order via the uber eats fashion.

Pulled up to the drive through and absolutely NO communication. Sat there for 40 minutes at the window and no one even came to inform us about what was happening. Ended up leaving without paying cause no one had talked to us.

Horrible service. Out of most stuff. Doesn’t tell you to find out til you get home. Then Abraham (if that’s even his name – claimed to be one of the managers not the main manager) wants to argue about getting a receipt that I never got? I understand that is policy and you don’t want to get in trouble, but I didn’t get a receipt. Being autistic, I have my safe foods. I couldn’t even eat the entire night. Tried calling about it to bring back my FULL / UNTOUCHED food to show proof and they refused and kept calling me a liar. Horrible management.

I feel like they’re trying to rip me off. I paid for a bigger meal and they only give me one Entrée. They try to spread it out to make it look like they gave me my amount of food, but only The one is there. We already drove home and they don’t even answer their phone to call and ask what happened to The rest of my order. It’s pretty disappointing I was hoping to get what I paid for.
