Ordered a Pepperoni Lovers and Meat Lovers with Mushrooms and onions,both Pan crust. What I received was 2 burnt hand tossed pizzas. The Pepperoni Lovers looked like a regular pepperoni pizza and the onions and mushrooms were missing from my meat Lovers. The crust is so hard it is inedible. What in the world Pizza Hut!! When I called about my order I was told they would try to get my order remade and sent back out. I will see how long that takes if and when it happens.

I order from this store a lot so I am very disappointed in the service I received today. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, a cheese pizza, 8 piece wings, two litter soda, a personal pan pizza combo, an extra cream cheese icing and cinnamon sticks. The driver arrived with the pizzas but did not bring the wings, drink, or the extra icing. I told him I am going to give him the tip when he returns. The manager called me and said “I slice the pizzas myself and I would have not sent them out if they were burnt but when the driver returns I will have him look at the pizzas and if he says they are burnt I will have him bring new ones” I said no problem. My kids were very hungry so I let them eat the pizzas, when the driver returned I showed him the pizzas that were left over and told him that it is okay my kids were hungry so I let them eat the pizzas and that I did not want them to send new ones, the driver then said “I do see that they are burnt and dry I do apologize I will let the manager know so that she can give you credits or a refund” I said ok thank you and gave him the tip (still did not bring my extra icing after all of the calls between myself and the store and them asking me what all was missing for confirmation) I called the store after he left to tell the manager that it’s ok I let my kids eat the pizza and the manager said “well the driver called me and said that the pizzas were not burnt” I was so shocked because either she is lying or he is and I wish I would have recorded him. I give this store a lot of money and this is not the first time I have received burnt food but it is the first time I made a complaint about it and the manager was so dismissive, and rude. I attempted to call the store back to get the manager’s name, the driver’s name, and corporate’s phone number but they would not answer the phone. I will be going to the store in person tomorrow, glad I took pictures. Food and service deserves no stars but I had to select something in order to post this review. I am highly upset because I gave the delivery driver my money as a tip and then he turns around and lie and tells his manager the opposite of what he told me this man looked me in my eyes and said “Yes I see that they are burnt and dry (I never said anything about being dry, he added that adjective on his own but it further more proves the fact that he saw with his own two eyes the same burnt pizzas that I was looking at), I apologize for the that…….I know it’s been awhile so I understand why you let the kids eat the pizza, I will let the manager know so she can give you credits or a refund” The manager was so unprofessional because she is basically calling me a liar by saying “I wouldn’t send anything out if it was burnt” without saying those exact words, “you are lying” If the owner is reading this please retrain your staff especially the manager that handled this situation very poorly. Absolutely horrible. Paid for $42 of 2 large pizzas, breadsticks and a 2 liter on Super Bowl Sunday. One of the large pizzas didn’t arrive with my order and we immediately told the driver, who claimed he told the location twice about the error and then told us to call them and left. We called but of course were sent to the call center who said they could credit us but not refund unless we went to their location in person. Horrible service and the pizza and breadsticks we got were greasy and unappetizing. Also why pay a delivery fee when the driver won’t go back and correct the mistake? I just want a refund. I don’t want a credit to give them more of my money from the now 2 disappointing orders we’ve had from them.

I ordered online. The order was delivered timely via Door Dash. I ordered the New Yorker with just cupped pepperoni. While it was a little overcooked, the biggest issue was there wasn’t enough pepperoni. I have ordered the same pizza from another location and it had at least double the amount of cupped pepperoni. Not sure if this is a training issue or not, still disappointing. I also ordered a stuffed crust pizza. The crust was hard as a rock and the cheese in the crust had a weird taste, like it was old or freezer burned. We couldn’t eat it. I have only ordered once before from this location and it was fine. I am not sure if I will try again or not.

This is a newer location they are just fabulous, never had any issues, I believe one of the managers here has been with the Hut for quite some time and she does a really great job overall with her crew and facilitating orders. Love a great pizza spot especially one that gives you excellent service, quality food , and can just put a smile on your face.

Probably one of the better places to eat in the area. Everything was cooked exactly how we ordered it, and it was still hot when we got it home. The staff seemed to like their job, which makes the atmosphere a lot better for an introvert like me. I’ll definitely be going back

I have never had a bad experience going here. I’ve even be offered a job because I am a college student and already work in fast food. They often look kinda tired and stressed out when I go, but when I have a good, nice attitude, so do they. The pizza is pretty decent more often than not, but as for the service, I’ve personally never had a bad experience. I think they’re just tired.

I have not had a problem with this store I’m actually happy one is near me so I don’t have to get domino’s. My pizza is also cooked to perfection they actually open the boxes and let u look at the pizza before u get it if u order for pick up. I would think that the driver would let u do the same if u meet him at the door but anyway I appreciate the great pizza and good services. Until next time…
