My husband and are in town and wanted some local food (not a chain restaurant). We found Mt. Everest Nepalese & Indian Restaurant. Ooh my GOODNESS this food was SOOOO Delicious. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and my husband had the butter chicken. This food was SOOOO DELICIOUS‼️‼️
I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant and I’m sure that we will get some more food to take home with us.

I was very surprised to find a restaurant like this given the location. The overall food, service, and general atmosphere was amazing. All my expectations, especially considering the taste of the dishes, were easily exceeded. The portions in relation to the price were also relatively fair. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for Nepalese and Indian food. I will be coming back here if I’m ever in the area again.

I had chicken with naan and they were amazingly flavorful. That’s all I can say. Indian cuisine in general is almost even too sophisticated for the flavors, so I have no idea how to describe more in details for what I had.

I had lunch with my daughter who highly recommended it. We ordered different dishes and then swapped a bit. I was highly pleased. There was a generous portion. I didn’t go on a Sunday but they do have a buffet on that day. I would like to go on that day so I can try more of the menu.

“I had a wonderful experience at Mt. Everest Nepalese & Indian Bistro in Riverton. The restaurant serves truly authentic Nepalese and Indian dishes with rich flavor and perfect seasoning. Every dish tasted fresh and homemade. The staff were friendly, polite, and made the dining experience very comfortable. The portion sizes are generous, the prices are fair, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I especially recommend the butter chicken, lamb biryani, naan, and chicken momos. This is easily one of the best restaurants in Riverton, and I will definitely be coming back!”

Surprised to find an Indian restaurant at this location. It was big, clean and well managed.
It’s located in a sheddy kind of hotel but don’t let it bother you. Go ahead and try them.
We tried Malai Kofta, Paratha and Nan along with Veg Chili MoMo.
Avoid Chili Momo ( you can try Steam or Fried), but other than that everything was just perfect. A perfect creamy Malai Kofta.

This was our second visit. The restaurant was empty at 6:15 on a Friday night. No other diners arrived during our 90 minute stay. Extremely overpriced, soup tasted like it came from a can, appetizer chicken and clay pot chicken were very dry. Service was abrupt and borderline rude. Will not be returning and are puzzled by the good reviews.

I had such a great experience here! The food was full of flavor, and the Tikka Masala was absolutely delicious. It was rich, perfectly spiced, and so satisfying. The owner was also our waiter, and he was super friendly and even played with my grandson, which made the meal feel even more special. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends!

This is the best restaurant in Riverton hands down and it’s the best Indian food I think I’ve ever had in the United States. The atmosphere is nicely decorated, and the staff is always friendly and nice. I think once the waiter mentioned that he used to give tours at Mount Everest. Also they have a buffet every Sunday if you want to sample a lot of their food for a reasonable price. But as far as their food goes it’s really flavorful and aromatic. I really really recommend the momos and the curry. Also their naan is the perfect texture and is delicious. I’ve order a variety of things and haven’t had anything I didn’t like
