We happen to be in the area when the flag caught my eye, I immediately went to google to check it out and reviews were great, but that wasn’t my experience.
It was a calm afternoon when we walked in, only two tables were currently there, service was slow and prices were high for portions.
I started with the maracuya sour, it did not taste like maracuya (passion fruit) at all, the cinnamon was overpowering. When the ceviche came out it was watery and didn’t taste much fresh either, aji verde wasn’t good. The only yummy thing was the chicharron de calamar, but since the ceviche was watery it didn’t last in the crunchiness it should have had. Overall the place is neat, small but inviting, but I wouldn’t really try anything else after what we had.
Maybe it was an off day.

Yesterday I visited Inka Terra and everything was absolutely perfect – from the atmosphere and the food to the service. My cousin and I truly enjoyed the explosion and richness of flavors. It was an unforgettable dining experience!

I love this place the food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS no matter what day of the week or time of day. I hope this place never changes—I am very picky about where I eat out this place checks the boxes. The outside seating area is fantastic as well. I am on a mission to try a different dish each time I visit. Go hungry, plan to be stuffed and enjoy the warmth of the staff.

Literally the best ceviche I’ve ever had. I’m from New York city and even I’m planning on coming back.

It’s sad that the only Peruvian restaurant in my area is over priced with the service that they provide. I have tried this restaurant 3 times at this point (because I love Peruvian food) & ALL 3 times the food has taken over an hour and a half ! I don’t care how busy you can possibly be it’s no excuse for food to take ALMOST 2 hours for food. This last time I ordered through door dash and my driver was at the restaurant for all this time – that I felt horrible that on a friday night it took this long for him to do a delivery(missing out on more deliveries hence more money for him) that I had to call the restaurant because that kept telling him 5 more minutes.

I have visited various Peruvian Restaurants in Queens, Manhattan and Hartford. There a 2 that I continue to go out of my way to purchase food from.
When we moved to Rockland County, our options for Peruvian food was limited. We were excited but wary to try this restaurant.
Inka Terra‘s food was surprisingly delicious. We tried multiple small plates that made our mouth water. We also purchased 2 whole rotisserie chickens and a large portion of their chaufa rice to take home. It was delicious and we highly recommend it. Their “green sauce” was not the best that we have tasted, but we will not hold them against it.
The restaurant has a great ambience. They played some truly good music. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive.
We will definitely return with some friends in tow.

Just stopped in for a drink. I was impressed with how they changed the layout. They have about ten small tables. The back is still spacious and will prob be up and running soon. This was a soft opening and they were so friendly. Women owned business…. Inspiring! I will be back to give it a try!

Embark on a culinary journey into the heart of Peruvian cuisine, celebrated by our local Facebook community! Stepping into this culinary gem today, we were greeted with unbridled joy. Our inaugural encounter commenced with a tantalizing spread featuring mixed seafood ceviche and the savory charm of Churrasco, expertly orchestrated by the delightful Carlos, our server extraordinaire. Nestled in an intimate, welcoming setting, each guest is enveloped in a comforting hospitality akin to home. Carlos, with his adept recommendations and infectious humor, ensured our experience surpassed all expectations. As our plates arrived, a symphony of flavors danced upon our palates, leaving us spellbound with each mouthwatering morsel. The impeccably cooked, medium-rare steak, infused with divine seasoning, melted with sublime tenderness, while the ceviche, crafted with a fiery chili peppers, delighted with its vibrant zest and harmonious spices. Each dish served as a testament to culinary artistry and meticulous craftsmanship. Reluctantly bidding farewell, we pledged to return, eagerly anticipating a weekend rendezvous at the bar to explore their enticing tapas menu. Truly, an experience that beckons to be savored time and time again.

Delicious Peruvian food, my first time and for sure will look out for similar restaurants. We had delicious flavourful homemade shrimp soup, white fish cerviche, veal heart and chicken rotisserie with chau fan! It was so scrumptious, with generous portions!

This spot is such a gem. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the outdoor space really made the night. It’s super laid-back with plenty of room to hang out, and the kids had the best time playing cornhole while we got to relax and enjoy. It’s the kind of place that feels just as good for a casual family dinner as it would for a night out with friends. The staff is extremely friendly, also!
