I’ve never had such an odd, subpar, inconsistent experience from a pizza chain?! We just picked up 2 medium pizzas for takeout and I have no idea what we got – an uncooked underdone sausage pizza with no sauce and some shriveled up pepperonis? If you want food poisoning, dive into those chicken wings – yuck. Disgusting straight in the trash, what a waste of money, disputing with Amex as we speak

My first order was completely burnt. They remade it, but then accidentally sent that one out for delivery. So they had to make it a third time. I ended up standing in the lobby for about an hour waiting.
I was told I would receive a refund, but no one there knew how to process it. Both the girl and the guy working promised it would be refunded within two days. That never happened.
Very disappointing experience.

Soooooo bad. I don’t expect amazing pizza from a large national chain—but I do expect consistency and accuracy. Unfortunately, that is not the case here.
For the second time in a row, one of the pizzas we ordered was wrong. On top of that, delivery was outsourced to DoorDash and took well over an hour. I’m sure they sat cooked waiting for a driver for at least 45 minutes. The driver didn’t use a food-warming bag, and the pizza boxes were literally wet when they arrived. The food was cold and soggy.
The kids wouldn’t even eat it (kids not eating pizza… how does that happen?). We ended up throwing everything away and scrambling to figure out dinner all over again. Try to call and and voice dissatisfaction, good luck.
Fool me once… you know how this ends. Never again.

They dont tell you doordash is delivering until after the order is placed. Man in dirty yellow coveralls is at the door that looks very unprofessional. Nothing in a standard pizza delivery warming bag. Everything is not warm.

This location has done me dirty so many times ive lost count. They forgot the bbq sauce on the chicken. They forgot the peperoni and parmesan/seasonings on the melt. Theres no way an employee saw this and thought that’s what its suppose to look like. I can’t justify spending my money here any longer.
