I ordered on line at 4:35 pm. My money was taken and I was given a time of 5:04 for delivery with a refresh bottom to track my delivery. Every time I refresh the red line goes further back to the received point. Tried calling multiple times to have it disconnect right away. What is going on here??? $21 for a meal is not a small amount of money. If I do not get my food soon and I have to go to the restaurant to get my money back I will NEVER eat here again.

This is for the Willow Grove location.Sunday 12/14/2025 I placed an order a large chicken cheese steak (which was’nt large at all ) 10 lemon pepper wings( they only seasoned 5 with fries.(and 20 bar b que chicken bites.The bill was $44.00.I called back for them to tell the delivery guy I would give them the tip once they arrived. Close to 90 mins.passed.I checked my email asking me how was my meal.I ‘m like “I did’nt recieve it yet”.I go downstairs this idiot left my food outside on the steps.Yes, we had a snowstorm this day.Whoever this smartazz delivery person
was they missed an $8.00 tip and I’m only 10 mins.away.I called several times but only got a busy signal.I was so disgusted I trashed the cold not so tasty food and did’nt take photos.But here is your review .

Imagine you’re walking around, hungry, and there it is – right in your face to take. But instead you give it to your kid and they love it. Well that’s what happens here, and you find yourself buying a cheesesteak the kids won’t finish and is one of the worst you’ve ever had.
Why? We’re not sure. The process looks good, but from the bread, to the meat, it just doesn’t add up to a good cheesesteak. Which for this region is a pity.

The steaks are good my two stars is for the portions, you’re literally paying $4 for a handful of fries, if you’re going to charge that at least fill it up a bit more. COMPLETE RIP OFF. Going to start packing my lunch definitely.

I find it funny how some people expect the world to be handed to them, JODY. Maybe something happened beyond the control of the folks running the restaurant that day. Myself, found the food, service, price and ambience very agreeable. I’ll definitely come back. Don’t blame innocent people who are trying to do their job when something doesn’t go exactly your way. Sometimes these things happen, so think about the other times when they were there for you, and move on and be happy.

They are supposed to be open until 8pm. I got there at 7:20pm and they said they are already closed and for the person who left a review after me. Calling out my name (Tony), Mind your business. They charge more for food but they keep putting less and less meat on there for a 10.00 and up item, unbelievable. And it tasted poorly, how can you not have different kind of cheeses, the Charley’s in neshaminy mall before they close they substitute the cheese if you wanted to substitute it. Sorry but not sorry. They need to hear how people order too.

I just moved here about 4/5 months ago; the bacon cheddar fries are amazing and I had a cheese steak; it was amazing!! All of the food is fresh and hot. Everything done in front of you, nothing premade or sitting on the side. For the first time Ever I had food at a food court in a mall and there was no grease I had to soak up with napkins before I tried to eat it! This is My Favorite Place for cheese steak and fries!! No grease dripping from anything anywhere!!
