This was my first time going here and it’s definitely a place I can see myself coming back to. The atmosphere of the shop gives a college coffee shop feel where you can go to study, work, or hang out with friends. My wife and I got 2 coffees and 2 food items. I got a spicy brown sugar iced latte which wasn’t my favorite because the flavor was a little bitter however it wasn’t too bad (maybe better as a hot latte). My wife got a hot lavender latte which was delicious. We also got a brownie and a banana bread muffin. The brownie was a little dry but the flavor was a 7/10. The banana bread muffin was amazing – soft and the flavor was spot on. Moral of the story: my wife gets the better tasting items. I would definitely go here again but maybe try something other than a brownie or a spicy brown sugar latte. Also, the plants in this place are thriving!

I was doing my Geocaching thing around what appears to be a Boho artist area of Jackson. Very cold out there, so I was looking for some hot tea to warm up, and found this location. It’s a wonderful little coffeehouse with very friendly people and nice options. i went for a brownie and a hot tea – peach and apricot, which was surprisingly good. Thoroughly enjoyed this visit.

Excellent local coffee shop with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Very cool vibes in here and even live music upstairs on Friday nights. Highly recommend to anyone in the area over all of the chain shops around.

Hit by AMAZING coffee aromas when I opened the door! ☕️ First time visit exceeded expectations. Never knew this place was here but I will return. Latte was excellent and the scone was “to die for”! They have a neat homey upstairs that would work well for a temporary work station to review emails and relax, and there are beautiful murals just outside the window.
4 days later, my second visit was also amazing. Different but even more pleasant staff!!! They even have a conference room for reserve.

Jackson Coffee Co. is hands down the best coffee spot in town. The drinks are always fresh, smooth, and perfectly made. The staff is friendly and quick, and the atmosphere is cozy — perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. You can tell they care about quality here. Highly recommend!

I really like this coffee shop! The decorations and plants create a very inviting atmosphere. They have a good selection of coffee drinks and I also picked up some fresh roasted beans that they roast on site.
