The customer service staff was very rude! I ordered doordash. They didn’t do the burrito right. The man named William made the burrito wrong. If it doesn’t say on the receipt anything about wanting lettuce and tomato on your burrito it means to not put it on there. Their was no nacho cheese or sour cream. I spoke with the manger Donald. They both argued with me and I thought the customer was always right.

Staff was professional and efficient, very nice. Food was lacking, I ordered super Potato oles. They forgot to put the refried beans on. Potatoes were old, like they had been sitting in the tray for too long. Meat had a burnt taste to it. I ordered doughnut bites without frosting, they came with frosting. Overall, Taco John’s is the best fast food choice. This time was a little disappointing. I will go back because Taco John’s is usually very good.

These guys are always on point, always thorough, and have yet to get an order wrong for me. Staff members are consistently the same people, which speaks volumes to the management. It’s great to see a fast-service restaurant being run so well, and so accountable and reliable.
