Terrible customer service last few times I went there I felt rushed, bread was all sloppy and falling apart as if it wasn’t baked properly. They rang me out before my sandwich was made. The staff couldn’t even greet me when I walked they just stared at me waited for me to order it was very rude and didn’t feel welcomed walking in.

Be careful ordering online in the evening. I ordered at 8 pm and when I arrived they were closed. My order still went thru and I was charged. I called the next day and was told to call my own bank to get a refund.

I truly like the experience everytime I go. I’m there right now. Just got a drink and some cookies. Cookies are fresh as always just melted in my mouth. The employees are always hard working and extremely nice! I will be here again soon!

Service at this location was just bad. Rude staff seemed to be inconvenienced by our coming here. First thing anyone said was “how many sandwiches?”. On top of that she spoke so quiet I had to ask her numerous times to repeat herself. Maybe it was Air Pods she wore for the entire interaction.
On top of that, her hair kept falling in front of her face which made her have to move her hair with her hands the whole time she was making our food. I’d be willing to be the health inspector would have something to say about that.

The drive thru speaker was down. So we had to drive up to the window and order. Then we waited 20 minutes for our order. Everyone in line was getting upset. It would have been faster if we had gone inside. Live and learn. On the plus side the order was correct and tasted as good as subway gets.

Update 1/09/24: I loved this Subway. Since their reopening it has gone downhill. I’ve ordered twice in the five months, and both time the sandwiches are over-toasted like a burnt rock. They’re smushed down and very thin. Disappointing. Hope they can get it together, because I really missed this location.
Polite and efficient employees and a clean environment. Food is great! Not sure why they pile on every topping but black olives, but I’ll just ask for extra next time. I’ve heard people complain about this location, but I’ve never had a problem.
