I’ve got no issue with automatic gratuity—I’m all for tipping and supporting the staff. But when the tip is already included, I still expect the same level of hospitality and attentiveness. Unfortunately, that just wasn’t the case during our visit.
The service felt a bit lackluster. No one was rude, but there was minimal effort to greet us, smile, or show any real warmth. That basic courtesy makes a big difference in the dining experience, and it was noticeably missing. I can understand now why some people have left less-than-stellar reviews recently.
The food was decent, but not quite worth the $82 we spent for three people. Given all the hype, I expected a bit more. Honestly, I should’ve stuck with the OG Wings Pub on Atlanta Rd—they’ve consistently delivered both quality and good service.
This place just doesn’t feel like what it used to be, and that’s disappointing.

Came to eat with my my new born and my 7 year girl. Music was extra extra extra loaud i ask nicely if waitress can she lower the music she just look at me ungly way . She never lower the music . it was extra hard to talk with music max valum. Food was ok. Cant complain with food . They had 2 waitress both look so unhappy. They never came to ask if i needed refil or oder something else. I had to walk to them pay up front. Then again to get a box to go. i did not bother to ask for a refil . i just went to gas station get a coke. ok i said not tip well guess what they include tip 15% . They included it, then again they ask if you want to leave tip. So if you dont see your ticket they will get u 2 times tip. I work at carwash detail i understand tips are good. If you do well at work. People actually give more then 15% if you had serve them well . This wings place is not the case. inside wings place is too dark .

I love the service, very nice with a smile. Always getting my order right! Nice. The music is enjoyable and the restaurant and bathroom is always clean.

This place is trash. Lets face it… Wings are trash rice is trash and the prices are trash. Check your receipts they charge gratuity. So don’t make the mistake and tip twice. Yes this dump charges gratuity. My friend got sick from his meal. That took forever to come. They have cheap beer and men go in for the waitresses. Other than that its a complete dump. Please replace this with a wing stop.
