There was a red hair with a blonde tip coloring In my food that I ordered on 12-28, 2025 In my opinion, that is very unacceptable. The food should be spectated in going over before pursuing the delivery route. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. When my friends and I first walked into this Domino’s, an older man working there seemed friendly at first. However, not long after, he came back over and started making comments that were rude, even though he tried to play them off as jokes.
This was my very first time visiting this location, and I had pulled in from the McDonald’s parking lot and parked on the side of the building. There was plenty of space for cars to pass, and the store wasn’t even busy. Despite that, the employee asked me, “Where’d you learn to park?” and acted like I had done something wrong when I genuinely didn’t know their preferred parking setup.
It made me uncomfortable enough that my friend and I stepped outside to wait. While we were out there, another friend stayed inside for the order, and the same employee made a comment out loud saying what I did was “lazy parking” and that I “didn’t know how to drive.”
There’s a big difference between joking and being disrespectful, and the way he spoke to us felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I hope the store addresses this, because customer service should never make anyone feel singled out or embarrassed.

Hands down the best Domino’s in Va. I’ve been coming here for years. They’re very consistent and I’ve never really had any problems with them. Their pizza always hits the spot. 10/10

Ordered 3 pizzas and only 1 was correct.
1 was supposed to have extra pepperoni and did not and 1 was extra sauce and extra cheese, nope wrong again. Guess I’ll have to make the drive to Papa John’s to get a good pizza.

To be completely honest I do like Domino’s Pizza. This location however sucks. Management leaves you on hold for close to an hour or just hangs up and delivery can’t read your address so they tend to just deliver it wherever they feel like.

They claim to be open until 1:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, website doesn’t work for this store, I’ve tried numerous times not just tonight. I’ve been trying for the last half an hour to place an order online. it is now a quarter after 11:00 at night, sat on hold for 10 minutes trying to reach the store and nobody can be bothered to answer the phone. I’ll never spend money at this location.

Our visiting soccer team ordered 10 pizzas for delivery to a nearby school. The driver was amazing, arrived right on time and called to make sure he could find us and helped us load all the pizzas on our team bus. Excellent service, thank you!

11/15/24 I ordered for my husband a medium pan pizza extra cheese, NO SAUCE, normal amount of pepperoni, 1 2 liter coke, and paid for the same online.
I was offered 2-20 oz bottles of coke in lieu of the 2-liter (@67.6 oz). Even though I had paid for a 2-liter.
I asked how to get a refund, since I had already paid.
The staff I dealt with were very nice; however, the manager wasn’t coming out of the office. The manager should have, since staff wasn’t able to do what the manager wanted. So after several staff attempts to do that, I offered 3-20 oz bottles in lieu of the 2 liter bottle (@67.6 oz) and call it even. That being OK, I took 1-20 oz Bottle of Coke ( I already had 2)
SADLY, when I got home, the pizza was all over the back seat. The front of the box was broken and didn’t close properly. ALSO, the only correct thing about the pizza was the size, the pepperoni, and that it was a pan pizza. It was thickly covered in sauce and a normal amount of cheese.
I don’t like pizza, and my husband can’t have tomatoes (of any type).
$24.34 for food we can’t eat. Trash.

You cannot beat their lava cakes! Every time we order from there I absolutely have to have one. I really love the bread bowl option for the pasta but it stinks that you can’t add extra sausage to the bowls…. Through the app. Otherwise they are quick with the orders and I have not been disappointed except for the wings… I like mine deep fried and theirs seem baked. Still love the pasta tho!
