Came for the famous burrito, it was good, loved the tater tots inside and fluffy eggs, felt like it needed some more flavor and maybe needs some toasting.
Having said that, it’s a really cute place with some outdoor seating and very nice and friendly service!

Nice quaint spot to get your morning fix. Oat milk latte with some cinnamon and a very intriguing breakfast sandwich. Egg, mushroom and goat cheese great flavor. If you are walking by give a shot, if you live in the neighborhood make it a staple.

Was recommended the breakfast burrito but I was left disappointed.
The avocado could have used more salt + acid, and it was all lumped in the center, good quantity though.
I think there was only like 2 slices of bacon and 3 tater tots in it.
The burrito could have been toasted / griddled IMO for the price ($15.5).
It is nice that the default price doesn’t include meat though.

My go-to for 10 years! I can’t start my day without an almond latte here. It truly makes my day better. The staff and owner are all friendly and attentive and the food is delicious. There is no place like the The Commons Chelsea and it’s my first stop as soon as I return from any trips. Commons Chelsea is GOAT

really cute local spot. nice vibe inside. with all new coffee spots i get the drip and unfortunately the coffee was an over roasted dark roast and lacked flavor – very flat bold profile. i’ve heard good things about the burrito so would give that a try but as for coffee i would not recommend.

Egg and mushroom sandwich was EXCELLENT! Fresh brioche, fluffy eggs. Great flat white. Cool music selection. Staff who care and its shows! A real gem of a place!!

I wish I could give zero stars. I never give reviews especially bad ones – but this needs to be known. I walked in to grab a coffee and egg sandwich I asked for Turkey bacon since I’m allergic to Pork. The staff made an assumption of my religion and started giving me serious attitude to the point that the woman was mocking me. I don’t care what you believe in but hate is not the answer. This place should be shut down. I will be telling everyone about this experience.

Not usually a wrap person but the chicken Caesar wrap is so good! Really filling, amazing croutons and kale and dressing. Also got a matcha and sat outside. They have 4-5 tables for outdoor and no laptops after 12pm on weekdays.
