Kintaro is truly the best all-you-can-eat sushi in Cleveland! Everything is fresh, delicious, and high quality, and they offer so many great options. They recently updated the menu, and I was so excited to see sashimi and ikura added, such an amazing deal for everything you get and the quality they serve. Definitely a must-try for sushi lovers!

Price: We spent roughly $90 and got 2 sushi rolls, 2 hibachi dinners,1 hotpot. Great affordability!
Service: Our server was nice but was not very friendly or helpful. We let her know we had never done hot pot before so we were not sure what we were doing, she did not offer much assistance. There was no run down of how to order, what you’re ordering, how much you get, or anything of the sort.
Food:
The chicken hibachi was decent, the noodles had little to no sauce.
The steak hibachi was requested to be cooked medium, it was definitely over well done and was quite tough, disappointing for the price point. The rice with this entree was also very dry and bland.
The hot pot was okay, the spicy broth was spicy and had strong seasonings flavoring it, the fatty beef was just as described, the veggies were all very fresh which was nice. I do wish we’d had some guidance on cook times/methods and smaller portions for all you can eat! If you charge customers per lb for food waste, they should be able to order smaller sizes to prevent that waste.

I took my family in this restaurant for dinner. I had a wonderful experience thanks to our waitress Vivian. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. She made sure everything was perfect, checked in at just the right times, and handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude. Her service truly enhanced our dining experience, and she made us feel valued as guests. I would happily come back again and hope to be served by her in the future.

I’m very middle road with this restaurant. It’s a great concept, all you can eat sushi, hibachi and hot pot.. however I’m always worried I won’t be able to finish the first serving because they warn you that you can be charged for food waste. I’ve ordered the sushi and hibachi and it’s very average. Not bad but not fantastic. Today we tried the hot pot and I was disappointed with the quality of vegetables they brought out. I also didn’t care for the flavor of the chicken broth. The tea was very good, I got the passion fruit tea. It’s a fun concept and not badly priced but I wouldn’t suggest coming here expecting amazing food.

I love coming and eating here, it’s always such an amazing experience. Upon arrival, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have A LOT to choose from here, so you’ll definitely be sure to find something you like. I always get the chicken and steak hibachi whenever I come here, because it’s a classic that you cannot beat. I also get the strawberry milk tea as well. The food always comes out nice, hot, and delicious every single time, no issues there. And for the price, I can’t complain one bit. There’s a reason why I come back here so often

Every time my husband and I want to be exploded, we go there. The all you can eat sushi menu is great though. I love that they put everything in a small portion so you can try so many different things. I tried hot pot here too, but it’s not as good as the sushi menu. Great food and great service for great price!
