I was having a really bad day yesterday and sat in a parking lot for like 30min at the end of a long week trying to decide if I was going to eat my feelings or not. I decided on this place, hadn’t been there in over a decade and it was exactly what I needed. The guy at the front desk was super nice and had an infectious laugh (in a good way) and the pizza was everything I hoped it would be. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Ate the whole thing in one sitting and fell asleep shortly after. 10/10 would do again. Oh and the ranch is good.

I placed an order to be delivered . I had 2 missed calls from the store. When I called back Madison said my order could not be delivered because I had mistyped my phone #, not my address but my phone #. I asked how they were calling me. She said they figured out what my number was because the mistype was in the area code. I asked since they had my correct # if my order could be delivered. She said no she was told by the manager Juan that they could only cancel my order and have me place another one or I could come pick up the order. I asked to speak to Juan and Madison said he was not there and she was the manager at the time. Her demeanor was very matter of fact and like I had done something wrong. I said I would come pick up the order
When I got to the store the girl who walked up to the counter (unknown name) immediately looked disgusted when I gave my name and when I asked about the $12.50 I had paid in delivery fee & driver tip. She said “I’ll get her I have no idea what’s going on with this situation” then walked away to get Madison said she had already refunded the driver fee then asked if I wanted to keep the tip on there. To not be further upsetting to them I chose to keep the tip on there . That was a mistake as the order and service just got worse!
One pizza had no sauce or cheese! Just bread & meat. I called and when I told Jasmine she put me on hold rudely saying “Let me see what more we can do for you” What more you can do for me?? I already had to drive across town to pick up my order ii had for delivery, I only had one pizza that could be eaten. I’ve been treated with rudeness & poor customer service, but you are going to see what more you can do for me?
Not once did either of these young women try to make things right, not once did they act like they cared about my inconvenience but instead acted like they were inconvenienced. These girls need some lessons in customer service! Not only that my pizzas were not even cut all the way through

Whenever I buy a pizza here, I always get the Large specialty pizza, I thought it was just a bad day for them or something, but the pizza is always the same nothing changed. They covered their toppings with so much cheese to hide that the toppings for the specialty pizza for large is actually just a small pizza. The dough is large but the actual toppings are small.

Had a double cheeseburger papadia and it was a waste. Very thin bread, over cooked, and very skimpy on all things… cheese, meat, sauce… waste of money and time. Service there wasn’t good either, possibly training someone

Every time I come in I always enjoy the environment and the vibes. The workers are always so friendly and helpful. You can tell when an employee likes doing their job. You can see the passion and their hard work. I really recommend for anyone to come in and enjoy the pizza. Honestly it’s the best pizza in all of San Bernardino.

I used to get papa John’s very often for my kids on weekends and all their bday parties too. Our last couple orders have been very dry and kind of stale. My last order I placed two orders, canceled one. Called to make sure it was canceled and the women was rude that I was calling to make sure… she said it was, they still showed up to my home two hours later with the canceled order and charged my card. Anyone I have spoken to is incompetent in dealing with it. So not great pizza anymore and horrible customer service. So after all this, I will happily pay more and get pizza from somewhere with quality food and quality customer service.
