Such a gem of a restaurant! The korean lady serving us was so sweet. We had questions regarding our dietary restrictions and she was so patient with us and explained everything thoroughly.
We like to avoid mirin/sake and cross contact with meat when eating sushi and she explained that they only use vinegar to season their rice and their meat and fish stations completely separate. 10/10 just for that!
We ordered-
1.Spicy tuna rolls- 10/10
2.Castle pines rolls- 10/10, this was so good!
If you are living in this area you must visit them or, like us, if you are just driving through Colorado on your way to see garden of the gods or something like that, you better stop and try it out!
10/10, definitely recommend

Sushi & Bowls has quickly become my favorite restaurant! The fish cuts are thick, high quality, and always delicious. The rolls are unique and so tasty, I would highly recommend the Salmon Lovers and the Lemon Roll. Both fresh as fresh gets. Do yourself a favor and check out Sushi & Bowls for your next sushi night.

Here is a combo review. One with takeout dishes and one with dine-in. Both experiences was great. This is the first place we went to when we moved to Castle Pines.
Food was delicious. I really loved the crispiness of the tofu. I was afraid that the dish in the takeout container would be soggy but it wasn’t.
We really like it here. If they added a sweet potato roll on their menu, my boys wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Usually we have fantastic service, but there was a new waitress. We arrived about 11:30 a.m., with no other customers in the restaurant. Within a few minutes, another couple arrived. It seemed they were friends with the waitress. She sat the couple right next to us. She spent time with them, taking their order first.
The owner recognized us and stopped by to say hello – which was nice.
The rolls were delicious as usual – Firecracker, Denver Roll, Lemon Roll. We were still hungry though so when she brought the check, we asked for one more roll (yellowtail roll). It was unfortunate that she did not ask us if we wanted something else, like most, before trying to have us leave an empty restaurant.
We will be back, hopefully the server will recognize us and be a bit more attentive.

Wow, who knew this place would be so good? I had the Tofu Tempura and my daughter had the Chicken Yakisoba. The flavors are exquisite, everything is so fresh. We can’t wait to come back. The portions are also quite large. We could have easily split. Now we have leftovers!
