Fantastic new All You Can Eat buffet. My family normally goes to Jimmy’s every year but this place is a fantastic upgrade. Less cramped seating, better food, takes reservations, and a really nice and attentive waiting staff. There were around 40 dishes available which is on the smaller size for a buffet, but they had all the dishes we wanted and they were all really well prepared and seasoned. Snow crab legs were great, crab cakes were amazing, muscles were great and there were so many other great dishes. It is $42 per person, which is better than Jimmy’s pricing. Definitely our family’s new favorite seafood buffet for trips to the outerbanks!

Really good crab. Not watery, easy to break. Snaps apart like a perfectly cooked crab leg should. I am absolutely stuffed after eating here. Place is smaller than Captain George’s but the quality is WAY better. Not even remotely comparable. They also kept the place packed with food. Zero waiting. Shrimp scampi, fried shrimp, crab legs obviously were all excellent. Had a peanut butter pie for dessert. We were seated first between 4:05 and 4:10. They need a few minutes to set all the food out so don’t feel like you have to show up early.

We debated between Captain George’s and this seafood place and decided to give it a shot so we didn’t have to drive so far to Captain George’s. We definitely regret our decision and would’ve rather driven the distance for better food. This place wasn’t terrible but NOT worth $52 a person. Maybe $25-30. The options for food are slim and it’s not fresh. It’s definitely been sitting for hours on end in the warmer trays. The crab legs were good but the rest of the seafood options sucked. The staff was super nice though and the place was nice. The food just isn’t worth the money you pay. I’ll forever chose Captain George’s from now on.

To begin, I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this establishment. While I generally refrain from leaving negative reviews, I felt compelled to do so due to the appalling service and treatment I received.
The staff exhibited a consistently rude demeanor, which further exacerbated my frustration. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation on a second visit, the doors were locked, leaving me with no choice but to leave. In light of this experience, I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider spending their money at this establishment. It is evident that the business operates in a subpar manner and fails to provide a satisfactory experience for its patrons.

Ok this place wowed me. The servers were so friendly and the food was great! I was a little nervous with the location and broken sign but don’t let that worry you. Endless crab legs and an assortment of seafood and non will please everyone. We had 3 little kids and 4 adults and left fat and happy. Leave room for the homemade PB pie and key lime.

The food selection was great! There was food for all ages, and even non-seafood if there was a seafood allergy (or small children). The waiter(s) were very attentive to our drinks and plates. Only critique is you have to wait outside to be seated, and there wasn’t anyone outside to check you in; there was a delay from them coming back from the kitchen area to come outside to seat (even though there was practically no one inside). This isn’t your cheap all you can eat seafood restaurant, so be ready pay for it.

Ate there last year and we were very pleased. This year we ate there on the 19thof June. I cannot believe the difference a year makes. The best of the food were the crab legs and the ice cream, everything else tasted bland, tough like it was old and none of our group of 9 had anything good to say about it. Will not be back again.

This place was the worst buffet I’ve ever been to, Im not even lying. If you are coming here for crab legs, take the extra time and drive the 45 mins to the good one. The food was horrible, especially for the price! I’d never come here again. I felt like I was in a super low class restaurant, with mediocre food. I don’t think it was worth 20 bucks a person, and I think we paid 53 or 55 a person. People must be desperate because the pickings are slim over here, but save your money. Either go somewhere else, or run to grocery store and cook on the grill, or in your kitchen, worst case order a pizza. My server was nice, and we liked him, so I have nothing to say about that aspect, but this is somewhere you shouldn’t waste your money on. Honest opinion, im not even a picky person, read my other reviews.

I went here for dinner with my man, not a very large buffet, about 100$ for him and I. Not really worth it to me. They dont have a large variety of food there. But the shrimp and crab is great.
