I had high hopes for this place. I wasn’t a big fan of the food. Nacho chips were soggy and barely had chips. Chicken on the nachos were so big I couldn’t eat it with the chips. Also the gyro sandwich meat was good but the sauce on it wasn’t good at all. They put way too much sauce on the gyro. My brother was a big fan of their beef Philly sandwich. The environment was nice and clean and a lot of parking available. It is wheelchair accessible. They have a lot of items in their menu. I might go back but I won’t go out of my way to try it again. The staff were very kind. Good service. Prices are reasonable.

I have given up on them. 1st they never get the orders right, fries are always raw never WELL DONE. Have waited up to an hour 1/2 for my order in December. Ordered a food truck in October. They ended up 4 hours late and showed up with no lights in the truck in the dark. Food was horrible and just like the restaurant COLD food as per Joeys I guess way they cook. They can’t even get a hot dog with just mustard correct.

I was a first timer at joey’s after driving by this place several times a week I decided to stop in and give it a try..this was a wise decision when I walked in I was impressed with how clean joey’s was the customer service was awesome which is always important to me because if I dont receive exemplary customer service I’m not coming back period..the first time I ordered a triple cheese burger..when I got my sandwich I was feeling like the way it was packaged ddnt represent a triple cheeseburger..BUT when I unwrapped my food I was in awe!!..I saw an unbelievable aura and a golden ambience surrounding my food..it was perfect OMG..I think that I saw a little halo on top of my sandwich..ok let’s get to the first bite simply awesome the quality of the beef came roaring through.. begining to the end there was complete satisfaction..I saw something on the menu that I wanted to try..this was a gyro burger it was the same deliciousness..ok I’m hooked I’m going back to try the other offerings..

Stopped in a few nights ago after work. I had heard so many great things about the food I had to try for myself. It was my first time in so I was a bit overwhelmed but I had had some help from lovely staff. I believe it was Cathy and Anessa, extremely helpful and very kind. They have some great recommendations. Everything I got tasted so fresh and was delicious. Ill definitely be coming back in again and I’ve already praised them to my friends and family. Cant wait to my hands on those cheese fries again

Joey’s in Burbank was packed when I walked in, but honestly, that just made it feel more alive. I’d been hearing about their food for a while, so it was finally my turn to see what the hype was about. I ordered the double cheeseburger, and from my seat I could smell it hitting the grill, that smoky, charred aroma that instantly makes you hungrier.
The wait was short, maybe five minutes tops. They called my number, I grabbed my bag, opened the wrapper, and wow… first bite and I was hooked. This is exactly what a burger should taste like. Juicy, flavorful, and that perfect char on the outside that just screams “grilled fresh”.
From first bite to last, I was into it. I enjoyed every single bite. It’s the kind of burger that makes you forget about everything else until it’s gone. I’m 100% coming back, and next time I might even get two.

I placed a pickup order and the person taking it sounded very rushed. They said “we’ll have it ready” and hung up quickly. I called back to let them know I wouldn’t be picking it up for 30 minutes and asked them not to make it yet, and the response was “oh my gosh, okay,” which felt a bit unprofessional.

I’ve Joey’s before and decided to try the new location near me. My son and I had a variety of tacos, steak, chicken and beef. They were pretty good, they definitely could season the meat more but overall not bad. The young man who took my order was very nice and gave really good customer service. I will definitely eat here again, especially now that there’s a location a few minutes away.
