Went to this location for the first time yesterday as we are new to the area. There was only one worker and no other customers. She never greeted us, never asked what we wanted and was on her phone the whole time. My daughter repeated everything she wanted on her sandwich two to three times due to the worker being on her phone via ear bud THE WHOLE TIME. The employee was very hard to understand due to her first language not being English and when she did speak it was broken English that didn’t make sense. We will not be going back.

Ordered my meal online. Requested not toasted and not only was it toasted but the bread was so hard it was inedible. The cookies I ordered with the meal were hard as rocks and tasted old, stale, and weird. The staff treated me like they didn’t want me there. Bad experience overall. Will not go back to this one.

My child and I went to this location today, Jan 31, and the guy who was working there (old Indian or Pakistani guy in his 50s) was extremely rude to my child and me. The guy was complaining that I was taking too long to think about my order and had a problem with my child who was right in front of the cash register playing a game on his hand held device. Total lunatic this guy is arguing with me in front of a couple who was in there dining in. This guy should not be in the customer service field when he doesn’t know how to talk to or treat customers. If you are reading this, avoid this place, and if you are reading this ( the rude guy at this location today) go get yourself another job where you don’t come into contact with people.

AVOID! Drive to the next Subway. Absolutely disgusting veggies, sanitary issues with the food handler (Who was on his phone/earbud the entire time I was in there.) I was the only person in the store. He never changed his gloves after preparing a Roast Beef sandwich, for our Veggies and cheese (for a Vegetarian.) The lettuce was wilted and brown (parts of the lettuce were frozen and stuck to the sides of the container). The pickles looked like they had been there a while and they were brown and dark yellow. I threw the sandwich away when I got home, and would not let her eat it. This location needs a total overhaul on workers, food quality checks, safe food handling practices and just overall service. Yikes.

The employee was on his phone the entire time I was in there he had his earbud in talking to someone. He was soft-spoken and most of the time I was not sure if he was talking to me or the person in his earbud. As I was leaving I realized he was washing the knives with his hands no soap or sponge.

Coupons and promotions always disabled at this location despite higher costs. Food and service are mediocre on a good day. Maybe if we all stop going they will close and we can get something decent here like a Jersey mikes.
