Customer service was at an all time low! I went to pick up an order and when I told her I was picking up for doordash she placed it on the counter and then walked away. Thank goodness I was on point and seen it was two orders. I said ma’am I have an additional order and with the same attitude she placed that one in the table as well no thank you, no have a great night, not anything. Poor customer service but the food looked delightful even tho the order was not for me.

I was beyond disappointed with my trip to this establishment. I first had this a week ago in Burlington and OMG it was so gooddd!! So fresh, from the fruit to being able to taste the extra butter in the extra crust I got on top! I went here and the mangos were old hard and stuck together and the crust was burnt. Completely ruined my taste for this smh. Will not be back to this one

Visiting family in High point I always make an effort to explore small and local businesses. Today was no exception and thanks to Yelp we found this spot. It is in an unassuming strip mall with a planet fitness and a trampoline park and other small restaurants. Parking is plentiful and the shop is very welcoming with its bright orange colors. The lady inside was very helpful as we stood there overwhelmed with options. We decided to go with a flight which included a choice of four banana puddings or cobblers. We got to try the bourbon pecan banana pudding, the traditional banana pudding, the strawberry cobbler, and mango peach cobbler. Honestly I’m surprised I didn’t buy more peach just because of all the branding of the place. We also got a maple cinnamon bun. Place is very cute and had a cute photo wall as well as some seating. If we weren’t bringing these home to the kiddos, we would have definitely enjoyed the little spot. We were fans of all our choices, the traditional banana pudding being perfect in its sweetness level. The favorite was the strawberry cobbler. Would definitely like to go back and try that strawberry cobbler with ice cream next time

My first time having peach cobbler factory was yesterday- they’ve got pudding, ice cream, cookies, and cobblers. I love their idea of a dessert flight, where you can get multiple slightly smaller desserts at once for a discount. I got the ice cream flight- 3 different flavor scoops for 8$. Their ice cream was not bad! But I feel like it was just vanilla ice cream with different toppings. I got red velvet, PCF classic and cookies/cream. I expected the PCF classic to taste like peaches but it just had a spiced cinnamon flavor- still tasted fine. But maybe that’s what I get for going to a place called peach cobbler factory and not getting the peach cobbler.
Other than that the ambiance was nice and quiet (there isn’t much seating), service was friendly, I had a good time! Would come again!

I usually buy from the location in Burlington North Carolina. Had I eaten from this one the first time, the one in High Point, I would never have eaten peach cobbler factory again. The sweet potato cobbler was dry, did not taste fresh at all, and the crust that looked like they just threw cookie crust on top.

Was definitely hype to go check them out to see what all the talk was about this place!! Customer service was great. The atmosphere is definitely good but small and can only seat probably ten or less people. So you must take on the go. Banana pudding is like my very favorite, but I was disappointed in the regular banana pudding I should have gotten the Bourbon pecan banana pudding cause the other one was just pudding and whip cream. It had little to no cookies or bananas in it. Next time I will try something else. Not going to give up do to first time experience. Hopefully next dessert will not disappoint me!! Stay tune!!

Got the caramel brownie for my birthday, I wasn’t expecting it to be so HUGE! It was delicious!! If I had known it’d be so big I would’ve gotten some candles for it haha. Sweet tooths must come here!! There’s all sorts of stuff to try! Better than crumbl

Each time that I am at this establishment I’ve had an amazing experience and noticed the positive interactions between the employees and its customers. The owner is always speaking to everyone that enters the establishment and last Tuesday I had the pleasure of having a pleasant conversation with her as my order was being prepared.
The food is delicious! I’ve personally had the caramel apple cobbler, strawberry cobbler, Mango peach cobbler and now the churros! I love churros and if they don’t satisfying your sweet tooth, I don’t know what will. The churros were fresh and covered in cinnamon sugar so make sure you have your napkins ready. It also came with a dipping sauce, I chose the Dulce de leche which contained caramel and whipped cream. I had gotten accustomed to getting ice cream every time I came for cobbler but I really didn’t need it for the churros.

Nice atmosphere. The staff were nice. The Cinnamon swirl that I ordered was cold like it had just came out of the refrigerator and the churros were very over cooked. I waited about 30 minutes. I don’t unstated why it took so long when obviously the Cinnamon swirl was not fresh. And it doesn’t take that long to deep fry churros.
