We craft Southern smokehouse comfort with a twist. We offer slow smoked meats, smoked in-house, scratch made sides, and Chef Tim’s award-winning sauces. What started as a food truck to keep our staff employed during a pandemic, has blossomed into a busy restaurant and catering business. We still have the trucks for catering and festival events, but the restaurant gives our loyal BBQ fans a consistent presence in Dubois County. We have now expanded into a full-service restaurant with lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. We can’t wait to see you!

The main dishes we experienced were Bruger & Fries and the Pulled Pork Sandwich which were showcased perfectly. The pulled pork is juicy and flavorful on its own, but the house sauces elevate it even further.
Sides hold their own, which is rare. The mac and cheese is creamy and rich and the viniger coleslaw offers the perfect crisp contrast to the heavier meats.
Service is friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere strikes a great balance between laid-back and lively.

Staying in Jasper before we go to holiday world and took a stop at this restaurant. The Mac and cheese is very creamy and soft, delicious. The burgers are crispy yet juicy and so good. My sister and mom got the pick two meats and two side dishes and they also loved the Mac and cheese and their meat! I also ordered the “ruby slipper” it was a bit pricey at 10 bucks but I cannot complain as the drink tastes amazing and is quite strong for the size!!!! Would recommend to any local or just people passing through! Loved this place and definitely made me have a great experience in Jasper. We also came here during the fest so coming inside to get away from the crowd is so nice. This place is definitely worth a try!!!!

What can I say but WOW!! This place is amazing. I have never had food in a restaurant like this in my whole life. The first time I ever order food from here was Valentine’s Day to surprise my husband. We both had the ribs and we both loved it. So today we ordered the pork chop dinner. Holy smokies they was delicious. I just want to say thank you for all the delicious food. The staff is so friendly. This restaurant really does deserve more than 5 stars more like a 100 stars. Oinks is my new favorite restaurant in Jasper.

It was a very busy night! Didn’t get appetizers. Had the special – blackened pork chops with Alfredo sauce, pepper jack cream corn (I’ve never had anything like it!) and Cole slaw. All absolutely delicious! Great service, with about a 20 min wait.

You walk into the restaurant, and you go to the counter to order. I ordered a pork butt sandwich with baked beans, and my wife ordered a tenderloin with potato salad. We both ordered drinks, went to the table, and waited. The food came fairly quickly. The young man at the counter was very helpful, and answered questions, seemed to be a nice fella. My pork butt sandwich, or pulled pork, was already tossed in barbecue sauce, but they do have barbecue sauce on the table, so I added a little bit to it. Unfortunately, the bun did not hold up. It got soggy, and I had to finish eating the sandwich with a fork, which is okay because it was very good. It had onion and pickle, and the baked beans were just extraordinarily good. I’ve been in barbecue places, and the baked beans were nothing more than beans out of a can. These are very good, I enjoyed them. My wife’s tenderloin was extraordinary. It was sliced on the premises, tenderized, breaded, and deep fried. It came with fried onions, bacon, with some type of sauce. She said it was the best tenderloin she’s ever eaten. The place was clean. It has been there a little while, but still was clean with a good atmosphere. Yeah, go check it out. If this review has been helpful, give me a heart or thumbs up.

If looking for some great BBQ while in Jasper this is your place. I ordered the 2 meat meal, and elected for Pulled Pork and Brisket. Side of the Pepperjack cream corn and tater tots. The pulled pork had nice smoke flavor and a bit sweet. It is mixed with sauce so it’s not dry at all. The Brisket was super tender and had excellent smoke flavor, not sauced as it shouldn’t be. The corn was spicy! Such a great meal. My daughters had chicken tenders, Mac n cheese, and pretzel sticks. Everyone loved their food. I ordered a Manhattan, and it was pretty good. Size of the drink was good also. Waitress was very nice. All in all this was a great meal, and we will be back!
Update: Revisited Oink and tried out their Breaded Tenderloin Sandwich. The pork tenderloin had a nice thickness to it, was juicy and pretty tender. The breading had a decent taste to it, the star player was the bacon and sauce they used on it. Not a giant fan of the sautéed onion. The cheese was a decent touch. The bun was toasted nicely. Pretty good tenderloin Sandwich!

Our servicer was very nice. She had plenty of recommendations and apologized when our drinks didn’t come out right away due to the bartender being backed up. The Bourbon chicken was the best chicken I have ever had. Crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The cheesy grits were delicious too.

We were seated immediately. The food was the bomb! I had the smoked pork butt, mac n cheese, and pit smoked baked beans. My husband had the smoked brisket, mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes. We also purchased a bottle of their bbq sauce and still spent under $50! Our waitress, Hannah, was awesome! I had barely started on my drink when she came rolling by to top me off. She is friendly, personable, and definitely earns her $. We were both totally impressed with this place. The portions were so generous that neither of us could finish our meal and walked out stuffed and satisfied. If we travel to this area again, we will definitely be stopping there again.
