If you order prepared drinks from this place- either through uber or doordash- you will NEVER recieve them. Smoothies? Coffees? Juices? Anything that is prepared will not make it to your door. Not the fault of the dasher- they just have them completely separate from your order, and expect the dasher to know that. They don’t. I’ve been ordering this place for at least 3 years, and 99% of the time the drink doesn’t come. And if it does it’s because I had the pester the driver to make sure they got it.

If you want a tasty smoothie or anything like that, just order from smoothie king or something like that. You’re at least garunteed to get what you paid for.

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with one particular cashier at this location. When I ask for certain items, I’m often told they don’t carry them. When I point out that the item is right there, he responds with attitude instead of just acknowledging it.

What’s especially frustrating is that when other employees are at the register, I’m able to get exactly what I need with no issue. It seems like this particular employee either isn’t familiar with the products or isn’t willing to double-check.

I’m hoping management can address this so customers aren’t repeatedly turned away for items that are actually in stock.

I rate this location poorly. I placed a curbside order totaling $41.22. Upon sitting and eating my sandwich with my family I bit into a hard, sharp, plastic foreign object while trying to enjoy my dinner with my family. I immediately stopped eating and went into the store to confront them about this issue. This incident happened on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at 7:30pm. I was told… oh I’m sorry this happened we can make another sandwich for you. However, I was afraid to eat anything else since their pizza sauce for the meatball subs, pepperoni subs, and pizzas were contaminated I didn’t want to risk it happening again or something. However, this store does not want to own up to their liability and negligence in this matter even with my proof of purchase. Shame on Wawa. I pray that eventually later down the road if not now then years later Wawa goes under or at least this location. They are crooks, and liars. Even with my proof of purchase and explaining to them what happened they still want to mix up the date and also lie about it and say I never was ever in their store that day. Shame shame shame on you Wawa. You lost a customer along with this girls family and friends for sure. Karma will catch up with you and your affiliates Wawa.

Whoever makes the pizzas on the Friday night shifts needs a raise. When I took my first bite I had a vision of Italy and the canals in Venice. This pizza literally sent me to nirvana and for the sweet blissful 20 minutes it took me to eat it I remained there. If I could give the 10 stars I would.

So, I get a “gobbler” sub as a take out. I ordered hot turkey and gravy with a couple of condiments. When I get to the office I unwrap it, and no gravy. I take it back to the store and I’m told that I screwed up the order and it’s my fault (this is conjecture, as there is no receipt to prove/disprove). I’m told I ordered a “gobbler” which differs from a regular hoagie in that it can have mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, and cranberry sauce, but I ordered one with absolutely NONE of these things. Maybe you can do that, but who pays extra for nothing extra? After several minutes of being told it’s my fault, I just left. I was a huge Wawa fan. Not anymore.

Today I spent almost $30 and I must say I will not be purchasing food other than snacks from Wawa. I ordered 210 inch subs and they were not edible. The store must have been shortstaffed because the two people that were making food were bouncing back and forth to ring up customers. They weren’t wearing any gloves or washing their hands after handling money. Unacceptable and unprofessional!

Rudeness from staff: Numerous reviews describe cashiers and deli staff as having bad attitudes, being rude, or being disrespectful. Supervisor Izzy just needed to exchange parfait because the one presented was bigger than the cup but I was told that’s how they come take it or leave it

I am writing to express deep concern over an incident that occurred at this store involving one of my family members, who was denied service without a clear explanation. She attempted to order an ice cream product and was inexplicably refused. When I followed up with the shift manager, Latoya, she was unable to provide a specific reason for the denial, instead citing an undocumented accusation that my sister had previously refused to pay for an item. However, no details such as the date, time, or item in question were provided.

My family member is on the spectrum and occasionally struggles with verbal communication. This should never result in being treated unfairly or denied service. Individuals with disabilities deserve to be treated with dignity and consideration. Businesses, especially those serving the public, have a responsibility to ensure their employees are trained to accommodate customers with diverse needs.

We hope you will take this matter seriously and provide guidance to your staff on equitable service practices and disability awareness. Thank you for taking the time to listen and address this situation.
