I am confused do yall make pizza here or bread pudding it has zero crust and whenever I try to grab a slice all I get in my hand is the end crust the whole slice of pizza is just soggy sitting in the box I am just confused what’s going on here is this a scam I thought I ordered pizza not a soft glob of dough that cannot be picked up out of the box you would think with how long yall have been around you could at least make a average pizza that is able to be picked up without turning into soup I never order from yall and the one time I did it was trash that sure explains why

I order pizza from here regularly and they are mostly good but recently I noticed their service is getting worse. Most recently I ordered a vegetarian pizza and found a piece of pepperoni in it. They need to understand there are people who are strict vegetarian and by culture they don’t consum meat products.
I also noticed that they often forget to add dipping sauce in my orders even after paying extra for those.

HORRIBLE customer service. Placed an order online and had a receipt that was pre-paid. Upon delivery, the driver said it was not paid for and we showed our receipt. They proceeded to tell us that it was a malfunction on their system, so we offered to pay over the phone. They said that was not possible. They gave us our food as we had paid, and said they would reach out. I received no calls from them and received this message from their district manager, stating they will be filing a police report for “stolen” goods. This is the WORST customer service I have ever received, and to have not even given it a full day is beyond me. I will be filing an official report with HQ and BBB for this atrocious treatment. DO NOT GO HERE!

Look. I’ve always come to this specific location. For years. I get it, it’s pizza, it’s not that serious. But sometimes they just do not make these pizzas with the instructions you ask. You ask for extra sauce they give you light, you ask for extra pepperoni they don’t even put any extra at all, you ask for well done. You get it undercooked. This store for the most part just doesn’t care how the pizza is made most times. Everyone and then a veteran will be working and you’ll be lucky and they will be spot on. But these highschool kids don’t really care much about the quality of the pizza there giving to customers in my opinion. Just a shame you know.

I’ve got to give a shoutout to Jerry, the GM at Domino’s. Every time I’ve come in or ordered, everything’s been spot on. You can tell he really cares about the customers and the way the place runs. It’s refreshing to see someone who actually takes pride in their work. Food’s always hot, service is quick, and Jerry’s just got a way of making you feel welcome. He’s doing a great job over there.

Ordered on Labor Day. After the pizza, delivery charge, taxes and tip, the total on my receipt came out to 43.53. To my surprise when balancing checkbook today, they charged an additional 5 dollars to my account as now it states 48.53. I call the location who told me I needed to call another number. I did so, left a voicemail, and nothing, yet. Check your receipts and charges to ensure they are not taking your money without knowing. I’ll update this review once I am called back and I am refunded. Shady business or shady employees. Avoid this location!!

Horrendous experience with the call center. Did not seem to know what pizzas were available in the local franchise. Would not let us use a gift card. Was not able to get it straightened out at the store because it was already paid for and they don’t carry parmesan cheese anymore. Service just isn’t a priority.
