First time trying jack in the box (from the UK). We really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and good was got and tasty. Husband had burger and curly fries and I have a chicken protein bowls and curly fries.
Seating here was limited so probably better for take out.

I ordered a double bonus jack COMBO on kiosk for 6.62 total and when i went to pay at cashier, i was charged for the sandwich and for some reason 2 monster tacos. I didn’t notice until after i paid my cash, which ended up at over 9 dollars. Keep in mind i already ordered through the kiosk and it says 6.62. When i tried asking for the difference back, she then tried to charge me again for the small fries and didnt give me any of my change back. Don’t go here, you’re gonna pay more for less food.

We’re visiting Los Angeles, and my wife and I decided to walk down to this Jack in the Box. She’d never been to one, so she was excited when I told her about the one I used to go to in Guam. We walked in and the whole place reeked of urine. It was the same nasty smell we noticed on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, where you could smell urine and sewage in a lot of areas because of the homeless situation. My wife asked if I wanted to get it to go, but we figured if the store smelled like that, the food was probably going to be subpar too. Nobody working there said a word to us, so we just left and went to Taco Bell down the street.

Today, around 3:30 pm, I had a very unpleasant experience at this Jack in the Box location. I came in with an elderly person with a disability and a 5-year-old child to buy our lunch. From the very beginning, I informed the shift manager, Liz, that I would be using a promotional coupon and showed it to her. Her response was a flat refusal, delivered in a rude and unprofessional tone, claiming that “she couldn’t process orders with coupons.”
What makes this even more frustrating is that just two days earlier, I visited this exact same location, ordered the exact same items with the exact same type of coupon, and the shift manager at that time (a very polite gentleman) processed it without any issues. This clearly shows there is no consistency in the service or policies—it all depends on the mood or willingness of whoever is in charge.
Her attitude towards us was completely inappropriate, especially considering that I was accompanied by an elderly person with a disability and a small child, who had to witness an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation. There was no attempt to assist us or find a solution—just a blunt refusal and a total lack of empathy.
Jack in the Box is a well-known brand, but situations like this damage its reputation. Proper customer service training and consistency in applying policies are essential. I hope upper management addresses this matter, because today I left feeling extremely disappointed and with the impression that we were discriminated against simply for trying to use a legitimate promotion.

Who doesn’t love Jack in the box. This place is a all time classic American place. I really love how they really listen to. Their customers ideas for food. Jack is very 420 friendly. Every item has a munchies theme to me. I pretty much love the whole menu. Right now my favorite munchies are. The new Nacho tiny tacos. with cheese sauce and bacon . They are so good I highly recommended them. Especially when the munchies kick in lol .

It has a child hood memories so much. Also great memories throughout my whole life. I was thinking that. I’ve been here with everyone I know in my life. Pretty crazy thinking about it.
