The service is always great! The chefs rotate, so depends on how knowledgeable the chef is as to whether or not the food is done right. I have elected to stay away for a few years now; however, my return tonight as proven that they are trying to improve. Bring your appetite because servings are a lot! I paid more for the experience than the food. The taste is still okay, but more training in cooking is needed. The show is great! And everyone working now (late 2016) is very friendly!

The food is still cooked good and it still taste amazing. But after their “remodel”; I noticed that they give you way less food and the prices have good up a pretty good deal. Looks like a dollar or 2 on some meals when they were already sitting at 18- 20 dollars a plate for the ones I usually get. I don’t expect you know cheap cheap prices for a butt ton of food. But geez. So two negatives in my opinion. Oh yeah… I know it might be a thing going around. But they forcefully put a tip on the receipt already. Like.. maybe I wanted to leave cash or tip less or even more perhaps.

Great flavors and large portions (will most likely need a to-go-box). They will sometimes add food that wasn’t ordered, but it adds a home-like feel. Some chefs ask things like allergies & whether you are okay with a fire that is lit in front of you, and some don’t. The restaurant is dim and lovely. I personally haven’t heard of anyone getting food poisoning.

First visit in a while. Small remodel. Food was very bland, same price smaller portions. Still blows my mind that you can see right into the nasty kitchen on the way to the nasty bathrooms. Not impressed at all. The best part of the visit was the waiter, it seemed as if he would fill my water glass after every drink.

Quality of food has went way down. I use to love this place but now it’s just bad overpriced food. Our shrimp was hard and taste like it has been sitting out for a few hours. Thai city in levelland on Austin street is really good and cheaper their food is cooked fresh and it is always consistent. If you want good Asian food for a reasonable price go there. To add to this I am now throwing up so I think I got food poisoning also from ohanas.

Worst experience ever. Cook rushed through cooking. He got irritated when we asked to have 2 eggs cooked for the baby and when asked for sauce. Never asked if we wanted more to drink and not even asked how everything was. And over priced it is it cheaper and better quality of food and service inn Lubbock

Ordered a take out dinner; Filet Mignon and the Lobster dinner, no rice and all vegetables. What I received was about two pounds of rice, some vegetables and diced up steak, veggies and a few shrimp with some lobster pieces. Meal was $37 and was a smaller serving than the other lunch orders that were placed. When I called back they said it was impossible for the chef to mes up the order and we received what we ordered. I will never go back here; a complete rip off!

They sit my Family with another Family we don’t know, the place had enough to accommodate tables for them in another sited area we can see in our faces that ither they don’t feel right.
Food portion was inadequate eaquel between this two families that feel strange sharing the same table and food.
They took the order first to this family even do we was first and they and the cook serve them food first too.
The outside enter looks sad and dusted a feeling of no welcome.

Dine in was very good but with the whole covid situation we stuck to take out, the food is made very differently that when we seated and they cooked in front of us. I usually enjoy the teriyaki steak but now it’s very watery and tasteless… but still pricy…!
