We went through drive thru and ordered 1/2 pound meal with 2 cups of cheddar sauce and a brisket sandwich meal with 2 cups cheddar sauce. Pulled up to the window to hearing the manager on duty screaming at the employees about clearing the drive thru screen before people had their food.
We got our food, pulled up a ways and stopped to check to make sure everything was there due to past bad experiences here. There were only 2 cheddar cups in the bag. My husband walked in to get the other two. They said they were sitting there just didn’t get in the bag. No apologies were given, but the manager was reaming them for not being in the bag. We weren’t given a receipt either time.
We got home and picked up the bag to have our food fall out in the parking lot because one sandwich was put in a bag that was open at BOTH ENDS and leaked juice out in the bag. The curly fries were soft, mushy and cold. I estimate they had been cooked at least 30 minutes. You couldn’t dip them in the cheese sauce because they were so soft you couldn’t push it down through the cheese. The fried onion ring on my husband’s sandwich was totally flat and the sandwich was smashed. You couldn’t tell the ring was above the bun.
We keep giving this restaurant chances and more chances and I’m about done. I don’t know what to do to get a complete hot meal as ordered.

A good spot for breakfast. Service is almost always great and quick. I enjoy the sausage wrap. Potato cakes are good. Lots of menu options. If you come for dinner I recommend maybe trying some of the Market Fresh sandwiches/wraps. Plenty of seating and parking here. Great location.

While the food order was correct, the order was not ready when promised. The employee did not greet me nor was my drink provided when I was asked to pull forward. Honestly, if I had not paid in the app, I would have left.

Its pretty bad when there isn’t a single customer at the restaurant and they still can’t figure out how to make sure edible food. Cold roast Beef sandwich with skimpy meat, cold and stale fries, just take the hint the restaurant is dead for a reason. A $13 meal thats actually worth $5 at most. But hey! They didnt forget to throw a coupon book in the bag so I don’t have to spend so much on less than mid food, hard hard pass forever

Got like my whole order messed up and they never give me marinara, when asked . They hardly put anything on my my roast beef slider and the service was okay. My brother had found multiple pieces of hair in in our food!

Just ordered a chicken, bacon, swiss meal with a medium fry. My sandwich came with just chicken, lettuce, mayo and tomato. Is missing a couple items there and definitely not supposed to have mayo. The fries were filled up about halfway and took over 15 minutes to get.

Ordered a Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich, one of the three most advertised items on their menu, only to get a cold sandwich that I returned immediately in the drive thru window. I pulled into a sparking spot while they were supposed to make another one. I waited 10 minutes and went inside to get my money back, and the manager, Tara, said she asked ‘her’ to make it and that they are cooked to order. I asked for an explanation of serving me a cold sandwich and she said it wasn’t cold. I got my money back and to my knowledge, no one made a replacement sandwich. Cold sandwich, then no sandwich…are they really cooked to order?
Arby’s owner replies with a message wanting me to expend more effort on on their corporate site to leave more details, yet they didn’t even include a link to the site…they want me to copy and paste. Hopefully things change soon, because this is just a waste of time.

Need to edit my review. Yesterday, 7/25/23 i went in to have lunch with my mom and we ordered beef and cheddars. I took the leftovers home, and went to heat up a leftover sandwich, and was surprised when I found a dead fly on the bottom bun. I picked it off, since I thought it might’ve been a burnt piece of curly fry until I seen the wings. Had to throw away immediately.

Very poor service…3 employees looked right at us didn’t even acknowledge we were standing waiting to order. Nobody behind counter at all..a girl came up turned her back amd ignored us.
Worst service I have ever dealt with. We ended up leaving and went across the street to another place. We won’t be back . Ridiculous!!!
