This is the second time they’ve completely botched the order.(today 10-30) I did a pick up order and was given 3 wrong drinks, they messed up the 2 sandwiches I ordered. went back to get the right drinks and was given a small after ordering 3 LARGES.
(Tues 10-28) I ordered one McCrispy and was given two hot and spicys and ordered 6 pc and received a 4 pc. Went to get it fixed and was then given a cheese burger with NO patty. Just bread and cheese.

Urgent message to the owner. You’ve taken the soul out of serving food. One walks into your restaurant and all they see is a blank fake wood wall, a computer screen, etc. instead of a friendly face. If there was not a play place in this establishment, there’d be no joy in this building. In fact, that’s the only reason I’m here, so my kids could play. Feeding people is more than just a mathematically equation.

My husband and I stop by this McDonald’s frequently on really busy days I can’t cook dinner. They recognize us and our order never changes. 2 mcdoubles with lots of extra onions. We got extra onions once out of at least 10 separate times we go there. No matter how we ask for those extra onions, or confirm at the window please don’t forget the extra onions. Tonight, same scenario lots of extra onions please. Tonight there were no onions at all. I have had it with this McDonald’s. Came to look at the reviews and of course the ratings are terrible. The teenagers at night don’t care, they rush you and look annoyed when you make attempts to correct your order. You guys need a change there with staff

I mean it’s McDonald’s and it’s newer than the others but it’s one of the better McDonald’s around and is consistent.
They have some really great staff here. Sometimes drive through gets orders wrong.
The only thing I don’t like is there is no door on the play-place making it noisy in the dining room at peak play hours.

The service here was amazing! Had some problems with my order, and I was in a bad mood so I was a little meaner than I should’ve been but the manager helped me out a lot! I asked for her name, she said it was Millie. Really was able to control the situation and help me start my day with a good breakfast and put me back in a good mood. Amazing service!

This McDonald’s is usually pretty good. Their burgers look like what you see in commercials. On this occasion, we ordered three large meals. The burgers were fantastic but the fries….well as you can see, we weren’t given three large fries, we were given three large fry boxes that were halfway filled and I think they thought the picture of the fries on the box were actual fries. They were cold also, not lukewarm but COLD. We only live a couple minutes from this place so they were cold when they put them in the bag. Sometimes I would throw them back in the air fryer to crisp them up but these were all around disappointing. I have been back many more times and have not had the same experience so I gave them three stars because their burgers are great.

Ordered several (8) boo bucket meals inside and staff didn’t bother to let us know they were out of them. Not only out of buckets. Out of toys altogether. We were standing right at the counter. Just the courteous thing to do. My receipt also didn’t print out and after finally flagging the manager down (since the first person was unhelpful and also assumed I spoke Spanish), he said he couldn’t print one for us. Zero explanation. Yes, we would have gone elsewhere. I feel $ means more than service at this location.

We will not be back. We ordered AND paid for breakfast at 10:12am on the app and specified in store pick up. We got there at 10:32 to pick it up and were told it was past breakfast hours. We showed them the receipt and they said they had no eggs, cheese (despite making cheese burgers). We ordered 5 sausage McMuffin with egg and 3 hashbrowns. We got none of that. Random sandwiches some with scrambled egg, only two with sausage, none with cheese, one just plain English muffin and one hash brown. The manager/owner was uncooperative and short with us despite their mistake. Horrible experience

One of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to, but i do hate the new layout of these ones. Food is fine and the employees are decent but why is it freezing inside when it’s already cold outside? Have the heater on maybe like a few degrees, or do you not want people inside?
