We randomly stopped here and were so glad we did! The food was delicious, our waitress, Denise, was super accommodating, and the vibe was friendly and comfortable. Several items are homemade, like the shark bites, wedge fries and onion rings-such a delightful treat! You will feel like family here!!

Our church had a Pastor Appreciation Sunday Luncheon on October 12. I spoke with Drew earlier in the week and ordered 1 large pan and 1 half pan of their famous meatloaf to be picked up at 11:45 am on Sunday. It was hot and ready when I arrived. Of course, the flavor was hot and delicious, as it always has been. And it was a “hit” at our luncheon!!
Drew has always been so agreeable in working with not only our church, but with other organizations that serve our people in this community.

Stopped in for lunch, never been there before but will definitely be a regular… great! Blooming onions!!!.. simply the best I’ve ever had. It was homestyle southern food – chicken, fish sandwich, sides.. Clean, cozy and very friendly staff. Thanks for a great lunch, will be back.

What a great home town restaurant!, complementary hush puppies and the lemonade is to die for. I had the 50/50 burger that was a burger and bologna sandwich and it was great!, waiters were pleasant and kitchen can use some more help to push out food but it was yummy regardless

I had a fried catfish plate and it was so full I couldn’t eat it all. Fried fish, fries, hush puppies, slaw, and tartar sauce all homemade. I don’t usually eat tarter sauce but I eat their’s. Onion rings are so big and great too.

The most racist place i’ve visited. I came to deliver something from Facebook and so i ordered Food to pass time by. I came with my son and as soon as we walked in they gave us bad looks for being Mexican/hispanics. I paid for my food and the food of 2 other elderly people. As soon as we left after giving thanks and paying a sheriff stopped us and question us. We told him why we were there and apologized on behalf of the restaurant. It is incredible that in 2025 we still can’t go into a restaurante without feeling discriminated for our skin color. If you are of color, do not visit this place.

Simply the best local food PERIOD!!. Let’s just put it this way everything there that you’d expect from a restaurant they have it and then some, from the cleanliness of the establishment, to the courteousness of the waitresses, down to the food I mean there’s nothing to complain about it is definitely worth the money and time to give it a try.
