This place is good overall. Just like everywhere there’s little things. The appetizers were A+. We had cheese curds and meatballs. Delicious. The chicken fettuccine was filling and cajun pasta was real good. The little things were the appetizers were served at the same time as the meal, there was no water offered with our cocktails, and the dirty martini, which had 2 olives, was brought with at least two sips spilled during the delivery. But again, overall it was served with a smile and every request was happily addressed. We would do this again.

it took 15 minutes of not being served for the front desk associate to take our order (not even the server) then they only brought one meal out and then took another 30 minutes to make the other meal. when we told them we had somewhere to go, magically the other meal was ready, already packed up in togo packaging. they tried to charging me for 2 burritos even though we only ordered one. they said it was for “validation purposes” so it took another 10 minutes for us to even be able to pay. it felt like we were being held hostage.

We had a group of 22 people on New Year’s Eve. The only workers were Pete the bartender and Verne the cook. The front desk person did assist. Along with our group there were several other parties and Pete and Verne worked extremely hard to take care of us. We would recommend giving them another. The food is great and so is the service! We have been staying at the crown plaza for a few days and have had breakfast 3 days and dinner 2 times and apps once. Every meal was great and the service is consistently good. The wine and beer options are great. The martini sampler is fun too. The breakfast buffet is very expansive with eggs and omelets to order. We are very pleased. Kudos to Shane our server each evening…great service ! And positive attitude. Forgot to mention Daisy our server each morning, who took great care of us and always made sure our coffee and waters were full! Thank you for starting our mornings out so pleasant.

I cannot believe how good my dinner was! The staff was very attentive too.
I have to eat gluten-free/mandatory. I asked the waiter if the chef could prepare a gluten free walleye, which is on the menu fried, not gluten free. The said “no problem”.
The piece of fish was fit for Jehovah!
Best walleye dinner that I have had in a couple years. Side note, I was in town a few years ago and ate walleye twice while I was downtown (fancy shmancy restaurant), and it was nowhere near as good as this meal!

I’ve never had great luck eating at restaurants located inside hotels, until this one. I’ve had multiple breakfasts and dinners here, and nearly all the time the meals hit the mark on quality. Staff is very kind and attentive at night. Great drink selections. Pricey but maybe that’s a city thing, I barely ever ventured outside of this place due to convenience. Cozy and modern atmosphere.

Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. The servers are over it, you can tell. I dined 30 mins after it opened and the lady was already in a bad mood. Food was average. I would walk across the road to the Woolley’s at embassy suites. It’s amazing in all ways.
