Someone definitely spit on my burger which is crazy cause it’s the easiest item on the menu besides maybe fries or nuggies, it was an online order and I was the only one in the drive through. I worked in the food industry for years and I can tell ya that’s the most nasty thing you could do. Definitely hope you didn’t spit on all the burgers because my toddler ate the other one before I even opened this one. And if you’re doubting it, tell me what ingredient on a basic double cheese is as viscous as water… yall nasty.

The staff at this Mcdonalds are always polite, I’ve never had a bad experience here. I am surprised at the amount of bad reviews! Thank you to everyone that works at this location, you all are doing a great job, and thank you for always making the food good!

Everytime I come to this mcdonald’s they take forever and cant give you and average time on how long, even for a simple meal, the workers are rude and one time one of the workers said I didn’t pay when 5 seconds before I handed another worker my card and kept accusing me of not paying till I showed her the receipt that I wrinkled into a ball. But as a (Fast Food Restaurant) people shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes

Me and my girlfriend went to McDonald’s it wasn’t busy or anything they had me pull forward we waited patiently for our food for it to look like this that’s unacceptable for any food place it upsetting when people can’t do the job they are paid for doing

Y’all…I don’t expect much from my local McDonalds, but the single bite take out of ~just~ the patty on my burger was diabolical work. Why’d y’all just put it on a bun like nothing happened? Why did you only bite the patty and not the bun? I have questions. I’m just as equally confused and grossed out. Like really truly you could give me the wrong order and I’d be like “the universe wanted it that way” but taking a nibble of my patty? Please be so real with me y’all.

Customer service is not good, they messed up our order, which happens. However before the employee at the first window closed it, we heard her yell “oh my god” then apologize to the next customer. I am a very patient person, so I was not in a rush. Apparently the person that corrected our order was a manager, and she was not friendly at all, even though it was their fault. I will not go back to this location.

Use their mobile app to do an order spent the last $30 I have to feed my family and they magically can’t process my order because they can’t find it even though I showed it to them on my phone showed them that they charged me. They refused to refund me. The manager is a complete rude careless person saying sorry you’ll get it back in 7 to 10 business days and AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTOS I DIF PAY AND PLACE MY ORDER. Manager said well that’s to bad nothing I can do .

I am the only person in line and they asked me to pull forward. Sounds like they are trying to provide false drive-thru times to their leadership. If I pulled all the way forward where they wanted me to, I would be blocking the public side walk. Irritated that they put us in this situation.

Bathrooms and facility super clean. Nice staff but they seemed to be messing up everyone’s order. Are in and the forgot my hasbrowns had to stand in line to get them and they had to drop more so I had to wait.

I wanted to order breakfast but they said it ended 10 minutes ago
So I ordered the chicken like Mcnuggets. I gave them my code hoping I’d at least get the $1 pop…nope have to do that on the app because it’s too much thinking for the nose ringed all about me teeny bopper to press a button. My meal cost $12.73. I couldn’t even read the receipt for the survey because it’s beyond comprehension to change the printer ink. When I opened the bag the fries were cold even though they just started serving lunch 10 minutes ago. They used to serve breakfast until 2 but it must be more cost effective to lose a customer. I don’t get McDonalds very often. I’m not loving it
