This is the most pathetic looking sub I’ve ever seen from you guys. What happened? (Chicken bacon ranch). About half the amount of chicken I’ve ever seen, and one strip of bacon at the bottom of both halves. My wife’s Italian was weak, about half the meat on hers I’ve seen. I’ve ordered 100 sandwiches from this place over the last 3 years. Did yall change ownership or facing bankruptcy or something? This kind of stuff isn’t going to help because I’m not eating this ever again.

Every owned Subway I have attempted to use coupons or on-line deals in Southaven, HornLake, and Hernando have been purchased and run by new people who NEVER ACCEPT ADVERTIZED COUPON OFFERS! These people are too afraid of not making an extra dime and the sandwiches are made with the least amount of vegetables, meat and cheese! Prices aren’t worth the food purchase! Going to Lenny’s or Firehouse subs for better sandwiches!

LOL they had Google delete my 3 star review, so I’m back with a 1 star I guess. Look at these pics, and compare it to the pics on the menu. I hope they feel better for censoring my review showing these sad sandwiches they sold me & my friend. Scroll down through their reviews and notice that none of them have pics of the food!! That’s because they have Google remove them! So you know it’s BAD!

I am sorry if I am paying 10 for a half of a sandwich it better be more than a small ice cream scope of tuna. Bread is always good but way too much for the amount of meats they usen. Has to ask for more topping more than twice 2 pickles and 3 onions really do better for the price

this place ain’t worth it i did a online order 45 minutes passed and heard nothing from them i didn’t even get a confirmation code or anything but they did take the money when i call they said there was no online order. the customer service is bad they don’t care can’t even help their customers when they need help in the store about the app. they just don’t care. disappointed. they still keep the money btw

Food was ok but the woman that seemed to be the manager was so scattered brained that she couldn’t remember what you ordered, they were out of a lot of stuff and she constantly vented about how they’ve had a day from hell. Management needs to re evaluate. On the plus side, the remodel looks great.

Best service! Cleanest and nicest Subway in DeSoto County! Krista, Meghan, and Sierra made the experience great. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken sandwich and was very pleased. Fast and friendly service. Employees go out of their way to make sure customer is happy.
