Tbh, its the co workers there that are very polite and welcoming. The food is usually done at a decent time and its not all messy when u open it up. I can’t really say anything bad at all. I get a polite smile from start to finish of the experience and have a good day as well at the end.

Absolutely the worse Taco Bell I’ve been to and I get Taco Bell quite often from different places. I only had to visit this one because the other near location is temporarily closed. Have been here 3 times and few things to note: 1) the food is very inconsistent. I made modifications to my food which ofc I paid extra for but got none of those when I opened the bag after getting home and this has happened almost all 3 times 2) the sauce and utensils station is NEVER NEVER filled. I mean it’s 2026 are we really being frugal on sauce packets? If that’s the financial condition of this place, maybe worth closing down instead 3) the place isn’t kept well. It’s decently dirty if you pay attention to things around. Apart from two new kiosks, I don’t think they have renovated anything, not even the really old menus. Save your money go to the other one

Customer service was nice. A little confusing but nice.
Atmosphere looked decent, clean bathrooms. But we went through the drive thru then sat and ate in the car in the parking lot. Sorry didn’t take enough pics but Good times!

It’s a Taco Bell / KFC fast food place. We go here just for the tacos. I’ve become disillusioned with KFC. They serve you tiny pieces of chicken. Definitely not worth it. Better off going to Dugay’s near Templeton line, or the other chicken place in Gardner property. KFC is a rip-off. Taco Bell side.of the house is at least decent- WHEN the staff doesn’t mess up the order.

Clearly well run, with management and employees who care. Every order has been put together with care and consistency. I’ve come here once every month or two for several years, and every meal, and every employee interaction has been exactly how it should be. High quality! I decided to write this in contrast to what I have to say about the Matamoras/Milford location. Two completely different run operations. Please keep up the high standard Middletown. This, from a former Taco Bell employee from 35 years ago.

Didn’t eat here but I did run in the bathroom. I like how it has ez access into it separately from the entrance into the restaurant proper. It was clean and spacious. Great bathroom!
