As I was heading home tonight (11.23.25 8pm) from an incredibly long work week, exhausted and ready for bed, my son called with the news: he had three hungry teenagers suddenly descend on the house. In a panic, I called Frankie’s Pizza, worried they were about to close.
I felt terrible explaining my situation to the staff, a last-minute, large order with no notice. I was ready for a frustrated sigh, but instead, I was met with immediate, kind understanding. I paid over the phone and raced over. They had my entire order ready to go the moment I walked through the door.
Phenomenal service, as always.
But the moment that TRULY melted my heart happened when I pulled up to the house and checked the pizzas. Tucked into one of the boxes, right next to the pizza saver, was a handwritten note: “You’re a great mom, even if no one acknowledges it. :)”
I was in tears. Seriously, tears. That small, kind, human gesture cost them absolutely nothing but instantly made my entire stressful work week worth it. It made my heart absolutely smile.
Frankie’s Pizza is more than just a pizza place; they are truly a part of the community. Not only is their pizza always phenomenal, perfectly cheesy, hot, and delicious, but their level of care and customer service is unmatched. Thank you, Frankie’s, for being the best!

I ordered the kahuna pizza, where the pictures even show a normal looking pizza, and I received an inside out pizza. Very strange. Way too many toppings were put on top of the crust and then cheese dumped on top of that. The crust was soggy because the pineapple was soaking on it, and bites of crust tasted raw even. There’s so many toppings stuffed under the cheese that every bite is just pineapple. Very strange…..

This was both my husband and my first time coming to Frankies Pizza. They did not disappoint. We ordered 2 pizzas and their breadsticks and a 2 liter of soda. A bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for! Not only does their pizza taste amazing they take the time to make them LOOK amazing too. We will be coming back.

Our mother was in the hospital and a large community of freinds of ours in the North Tapps area knew we didn’t have time to make dinner. So they ordered some pizzas for our large family. We stopped at Frankies to pick up the pizza and were told that the pizzas were never made because “the ticket didn’t print.” I was told “it happens all the time and the owner is aware of the problem”. We didn’t have time to wait for pizzas to be made so I asked them to refund my kind friends. When I called the manager the next day and asked if they had taken measures to avoid a similar incident happening again, the manager said “No. These things just happen. It’s a pizza place.” An establishments employees are a reflection of the owner. In 24 hours, Frankies of Bonney Lake just lost the support of the North Tapps community.
