Did a mobile order to be picked up at the drive thru. Ordered a Pepe sandwich and the lettuce on it was mostly brown, rotten and had to be picked off; so disguising. If you wouldn’t put the rotten produce on a sandwich for yourself, then don’t put it on one that a customer is PAYING for! Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back to this location again when I’m in Superior.

I get lunch from this location on a fairly regular basis and have always had a great experience. Their staff are friendly, efficient, and keep a clean restaruant. Even during a busy lunch rush, they’re always kind and welcoming and are able to get food out quickly. Highly reccommend this location!

We have always received excellent food at this location.
This afternoon we got two bootleggers and a turkey.
The two bootleggers were great, the turkey had one very thin slice of turkey on it.
Very disappointing.

Just received the worst sandwich of my life. Ordered the chicken bacon ranch. It might as well gave been a veggie. There were a few tiny balls of chicken, maybe one strip of bacon and all the veggies were stuffed in a sloppy mess, pouring out all over. Toasted too long, bun burned. So, for $10+ i got a dried out burnt tasteless piece of garbage. The place was empty, so maybe others realize what a joke the place is. Too bad, Jimmy Johns used to have great quality.

The new toasted subs were great, something they should’ve been doing for a long time. My only complaint is the speed. Typically JJ’s is known for their speed, but this was the longest I’ve ever waited. Put in an order on the app, got there 11m after email confirmation, waited 9m for my 3 subs to be completed with 4 workers there and only 1 other customer who was already eating. Normally I wouldn’t mind but it of course happened to be the one time I was actually in a hurry. I think one of the workers was new, so that’s probably part of why it was slower than normal.

What I ordered and what I received were completely different. I went thru the drive thru and I should have check my sandwich (but I didn’t nor should I have to).
Went thru Friday 5/16 approximately 7:30 pm . I went out of my way to purchase your sandwich only to get home in Duluth to find a completely different sandwich.
Just feel you needed to know, I’ve been completely happy in the past but someone wasn’t paying attention this night.

Wasn’t to impressed. My son asked for a turkey and cheese sandwich. Period. And they put mayo on it, he is allergic to eggs, and lettuce and tomato. Needless to say, he didn’t eat a single bite. Unfortunately we were already at home. I guess we are used to subway where they ask, and only put on it what you say. My sandwich was pretty good.

Normally I would give 5 stars all across the board. However, the guy working the drive thru today at 12:34pm, could use a bit of customer service training. I go to JJ’s at least 8 times a month if not.more for lunch. I always drive thru. Most times I am handed my drink and then the bag which then they say “Thank you”. Not today, he handed me my bag and said Thank you, I waited for about 3 seconds and said I have a drink also to which he replies “I only have one hand to hand you your order” and he was serious. If he would have laughed instead of the scowl and seriousness he had, I would not be writing this bad review. Yes, we all have our days. I know I am just one customer, but I won’t be visiting Jimmy Johns anytime soon, if at all…All I can say is Wow!
