Matt runs a GREAT establishment. Bella and Jill took great care of my drinking needs and the food is fresh and the wait time is short. I was passing thru from North Carolina but it felt like home to me!! I will be back!!

I was excited to try the wings, but I was disappointed. Pricing, parking hassle, charges for every little extra (even a credit card fee!), a drafty dining room, and barflies all made the Thirsty Mule a disappointing experience. I will say that the buffalo sauce had extra kick, but the $2 per wing section price definitely wasn’t balanced or justified by quality, presentation, service, or atmosphere.
Yes, you read that correctly! Five average sized wing SECTIONS, not whole wings, were $10.99. Ten wing sections were $18.99, plus I was charged for ordering two different flavors on one plate, for an extra cup of dip, charged a digital payment fee, and if I wanted all flats i would have been charged an additional $2. Side note: you will not be brought or offered an extra plate for your bones.

Nice little bar and grill. Food and service was great. Not very busy for a late lunch in the fall. Awesome that we have ATV trail access to eat here! Thank you to the Messalonskee Riders ATV Club.

Been here before and the grilled wings were legendary. Whoever worked the grill around 3pm Saturday 10/30 grilled all the moisture and flavor out of our $2/piece wings. We asked for additional sauce since all we could taste was grill. But it still didn’t quite cut it. The habanero relish was also a bit off. Smelled slightly fermented and was over the top with the garlic. Hope it is not a new recipe as that relish made these wings worth the drive. The service and ambiance were still as great and friendly as we recalled, even if you aren’t a Raiders fan. But $20 for ten wings, you better deliver.

This has quickly become my favorite place. The food is outstanding. They make their own hamburger buns and deserts. Everything is fresh and absolutely delightful. The girls are amazing, friendly with awesome personalities and great service. They make you feel right at home. I can’t compliment this wonderful establishment and the awesome people that work here enough.

What a wonderful find while riding the back roads of Maine! Large selection of beers on tap, delicious food and a very personable bartender. The fish and chips were so fresh and favorable and the burger and soup of the day satisfying. They also have shirts and hoodies at great prices.

Good but way over priced… a meal and a drink plus a %15 tip equals $40 for 1 person… not enjoyable when it costs that much and definitely not worth the price. Nice server though.
