The cashier didn’t listen to us at all while we were ordering and kept suggesting other restaurants instead. The food we received looked nothing like the menu photos. We specifically said we didn’t want lettuce in the sandwich, yet it still came with lettuce. Even the fries were served in a paper cup. It was a really bad experience — definitely not recommended.

the service from the young lady was great! the food tho not so much… it was about 16 for ma combo the fries were warm the cheese was cold. if they were hot and the cheese too they would have been delicious. the “Buffalo chicken was trashhh thinking it would have been a tender sub i ordered it. it was thinly sliced chicken almost like deli meat in a sauce that wasnt the slightest of bit Buffalo. also the amount of meat on it was abysmal. i ended up putting chipotle tabasco and that made it tolerable. over priced and gross i do not recommend anyone ever get this should have gone to McDonald’s would have been way better and cheaper.

Staff had restroom break posted on register. No biggie so I waited, no knowing it was gonna be 20 minutes until someone came back. Once back the register guy who was also the cook appeared super Annoyed at taking my order. Once my food was cooked I picked it up but I didn’t see my fries so when I asked about them he very rudely said look in your basket! How was I supposed to know that the fries are buried under your sandwich. Very rude worker and could use a bath cause he looked to be dirty. I should have just passed this one on by and spent my money elsewhere. Both fries and sandwich was undercooked. Would not recommend this Charley’s at Woodstock outlet mall.

False advertising and terrible food quality.
Be warned!!! Price on the menu is not what they actually charge you on the receipt. Price advertised is 9.99 for a regular “old school” and I was charged 11.99. Lady at the counter just dismissed us when questioned about the price difference. There is also no manager on duty.
Sandwich was disgusting and completely fell apart before I even had a chance to take one bite.
Go anywhere else but here. Listen to my review and all the others.

This is the best hot wings spot in Georgia and I’ve had plenty. JD does a great job, they’re fried perfectly just the way I like them. The customer service is always good. They make it a pleasure to shop then eat.

Do not waste your time and money here. The employees are the rudest by far that I have ever encountered. Honest mistake made in preparing our order and the “gentleman” working stood right behind the grill and argued with me as if he knew me. TERRIBLE

So far I’ve only purchased drinks but both times, Tyrese has been awesome! He always greets me with a smile and is super sweet! I was having a stressful day but his positive attitude and energy is infectious! Keep up the great work!
