Service was quick, and our waitress was very nice! I felt welcome at this restaurant. The food was just as fantastic as the staff. It didn’t take long at all for our order to come out. The interior provides a wonderful relaxed atmosphere and looks very nice, lots of care went into it. I really can’t praise New Star enough 🙂 I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was staying in a nearby hotel and thought I’d get take-out. It had been forever since I had ordered moo goo gai pan. I placed an order and was told it would be about 10 minutes. I left to fill up my car next door and drove back. They were ready well before 10 minutes and even brought the food out to my car. The moo goo was DELICIOUS!!!! The downside…I ordered fried rice…just plain fried rice. I don’t know what they cooked on the griddle before the rice or if they use fish sauce on the rice. But it had a strong taste of something horrible. So much so that I couldn’t eat it. I really hate fish sauce so I’m guessing that’s what it was. The main dish- WONDERFUL! The rice…I would ask more questions about what went in it next time. The service was great.

The food was fantastic. The only complaint I could say is the timing on some of the food was a little off: one plate was lukewarm while the other was piping hot. That is truly the only critique I have. The service was phenomenal. My server, Mark, went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant time. The atmosphere was peaceful and the restaurant was well kept.

We visited here with the kids next door. They are always friendly and don’t seem to mind having a large group that is a bit messy.

This is my favorite place to get Chinese in the area. Really great portions. I really enjoy the beef and broccoli and crab rangoon. Also the Mongolian beef is so good. Fried rice is solid.
