4.11- This small, cozy spot offers a unique dining experience with some standout highlights. The meal began with chips served alongside beans and queso, which was a nice touch, though the chips themselves could have been fresher. While they don’t serve a traditional salsa, their red and green sauces more than made up for it—the green sauce, in particular, was amazing. The rice was easily a highlight, ranking in the top five I have ever eaten.
The tacos, however, were a bit of a mixed bag; they featured a grilled chicken style that isn’t my personal favorite, and the preparation still needed significant improvement. On the plus side, the homemade tortillas were excellent. While the building itself is in need of several repairs, the exceptional customer service truly made up for the setting and made the visit worthwhile

For over a decade my family has loved this place, the friendly folks there, and the amazing food. The prices have always been better than any of the other local establishments and the food far more authentic. I hope to see them right there in that spot until the end of time. Take out or dine in, you will always have expectations surpassed!

This place is excellent highly recommended will bet returning soon and often. My friends and I were looking for a place to dine and stumbled across this diamond in the rough. The food was beyond expectations, along with the customer service. The guac and red sauce with the complementary chips. “pristine” Can’t wait to return. Next week maybe.

Amazing. Best Mexican food in town I’ve had so far. Got a tamale (huge, not your snowball stand kind of tamale, had a whole in it), chorizo burrito (HUGE) and 4 tacos for $23 (tax Inc). The salsa has a KICK here, everything is so flavorful and spiced. Be real careful with the salsa, they were nice enough to give me a plate of chips/sals for free while I waited for my Togo order which kept me from ruining my tacos by emptying the salsa on them like I’d do anywhere else.
Absolute legit, now I know where the real Mexican food has been hiding in this town!

Tiny bit of a language barrier.
The chicken and pork tacos were NOM!
I grabbed a few bags of chips too. I felt like $24 was a little steep.
