The service at this location is ABYSMAL. The two girls who work there most frequently clearly do not give a rip about their jobs or customers, they are slow and inattentive. One of them is named Gisele, I forget the other’s name but she’s there almost daily as well.

On multiple occasions I have stood there for over twenty minutes waiting for a single drink because these girls just chit chat with each other, mosey around the stall at a snail’s pace to do everything except make the drinks that have been ordered, and just generally have zero sense of urgency. At one point I ordered the summer berry lemonade boba drink and Gisele gave me the wrong type of lid and straw for it, then gave me attitude when I asked her to switch them out for the right ones. The stall never has more than one or two customers at a time so there is really no excuse for this, they’re just terrible at their work and clearly lazy.

Today I stood at the counter for ten minutes while Gisele didn’t so much as acknowledge I was there, let alone take my order. She moseyed around heating up the single sandwich the lady before me ordered, left the drink she ordered sitting there half made while she took a full five minutes to refill her ice bucket, then VERY SLOWLY began to finish making the drink… All while I stood there just waiting to even be acknowledged.

I ultimately ended up just leaving and going to the full sized Starbucks down the road, and frankly I doubt she even noticed I had left.

Either these people need to be retrained on their jobs or they need to be let go and have people who actually care hired to replace them.

Mela working the register doesn’t know basic math, holiday coffees say 50% off she argues it’s the cups but sign on basket says HOLIDAY COFFEE
She then says I’m lucky she doesn’t care so proceeds to add the discount. She took .50 cents off, I’m like that’s not 50% off. Damn Starbucks try to hire some educated workers
This girl was laughing all crazy and really rude.
Can’t believe basic math was that hard for her.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The ladies that work here are awesome. Recently however I orderd my regular..the Oatmilk tasted bad. I called, they replaced it. A week later. The same thing. I called, they replaced..the replacement was also sour. This is not happening at any other location and it concerns me. Please check your fridges or the dates on your products. Something is not right.

Had the worst customer service experience today. Very unprofessional and rude personality with server named Heidi. Started off on a negative note.
Approached to order…. no Hi or what can I get you, just a stare. Asked for a Green tea and got cut off before I could finish sentence… “We’re out” she said.. So I chalked it up as she’s was having a bad day. When she hand me my receipt…. no Thank you, just stuck her hand out with the receipt.
Once we received our order I said, “Thank you.” I got a, “Yeah your welcome.” Gotta say, this was absolutely the worst attitude I’ve ever seen, usually great service.
Look if you hate doing what your doing…. keep that to yourself or find another place to work.
I did nothing to get treated this way, like a second class person who was beneath her. Thanks Heidi for your bad attitude.

I’m not a big coffee ok person but do like the Green Tea Frappe & holiday specials: pumpkin, peppermint, etc. The cold teas are good but never enough with ice. Polish them off too fast. One Starbucks is the same as another to me; I’m not an afficianado.

White racist old lady with white hair could make a simple coffee waited 15 min then I said I told her I could just take a tea and it’s cheaper than my original order. I asked if I could have some nuts for the inconvenience told me yes then tried to charge me for them. Worse customer service ever. Honestly if I could give one start If I could and honestly never returning but first i have to go back and ask for my correct change. Not only bad customer service but can’t count change wow no

Been to many different ones. We use drive through 85%of visits. My daughter’s the coffee afficianada, I, the teas, refresher & yes, a lover of the green tea macchiato. The strawberry acai lemonade refresher moves me. Have had 3, at 3 diff outlets. One added whipped cream I didn’t request nor like. Last one at Albertsons Lemon Grove was smack dab with strawberry s: frozen, yes, ( which are a bit mushy but we’re sliced thin so was in). It was hot that & got largest- I thought it very nice as me & dog & grocery bags rested B4 teen to bus stop a distance away, or was at 79+ yo. The desserts, foods. I eyed a cheese danish but saw a shopping cart to side filled w cellophane prefab same ones. Nah! Not at near $3 and about 4″ – 4 1/2″. The lil sandwiches ( ex: Canadian bacon w egg, cheese also premade packaged- just heat, serve. So good! .eh!
