On multiple occasions I have stood there for over twenty minutes waiting for a single drink because these girls just chit chat with each other, mosey around the stall at a snail’s pace to do everything except make the drinks that have been ordered, and just generally have zero sense of urgency. At one point I ordered the summer berry lemonade boba drink and Gisele gave me the wrong type of lid and straw for it, then gave me attitude when I asked her to switch them out for the right ones. The stall never has more than one or two customers at a time so there is really no excuse for this, they’re just terrible at their work and clearly lazy.
Today I stood at the counter for ten minutes while Gisele didn’t so much as acknowledge I was there, let alone take my order. She moseyed around heating up the single sandwich the lady before me ordered, left the drink she ordered sitting there half made while she took a full five minutes to refill her ice bucket, then VERY SLOWLY began to finish making the drink… All while I stood there just waiting to even be acknowledged.
I ultimately ended up just leaving and going to the full sized Starbucks down the road, and frankly I doubt she even noticed I had left.
Either these people need to be retrained on their jobs or they need to be let go and have people who actually care hired to replace them.
She then says I’m lucky she doesn’t care so proceeds to add the discount. She took .50 cents off, I’m like that’s not 50% off. Damn Starbucks try to hire some educated workers
This girl was laughing all crazy and really rude.
Can’t believe basic math was that hard for her.
Approached to order…. no Hi or what can I get you, just a stare. Asked for a Green tea and got cut off before I could finish sentence… “We’re out” she said.. So I chalked it up as she’s was having a bad day. When she hand me my receipt…. no Thank you, just stuck her hand out with the receipt.
Once we received our order I said, “Thank you.” I got a, “Yeah your welcome.” Gotta say, this was absolutely the worst attitude I’ve ever seen, usually great service.
Look if you hate doing what your doing…. keep that to yourself or find another place to work.
I did nothing to get treated this way, like a second class person who was beneath her. Thanks Heidi for your bad attitude.
Love the intensity of caffeine level.
