It was good value too, we came home with lunch for the next day.
They had a good selection of wine. I didn’t love our selection of Resiling if I’m honest but that was a selectors issue.
If I was visiting the area again I would definitely be back!
Night 1 was so SO good that we came back the next night for the banquet/feed me menu. A MUST try. It’s HEAVENLY DELICIOUS!!!
Sumeet and his lovely team is 5*****
Food taste and presentation was good, service was warm and friendly. Definately catered to Australian clientele.
Lucky we made early booking when we were in the area as it was quiet packed on a Sat night.
It also gets a bit loud sometimes… as there was a big group next to us.
What a joy to discover an authentic Indian gem right here in Moss Vale. The masala dosa was outstanding — beautifully crisp on the outside with a delicious, moist, savoury potato filling that brought true comfort.
The accompanying chutneys and the extra sambar were perfectly balanced, carrying just the right blend of spice and flavour to evoke memories of a childhood kitchen and the warmth of home cooking.
A wonderful addition to our local dining scene, and a place I’m already looking forward to visiting again, this time with my loved one
lamb biryani wasn’t coated with heaps of masala, the basmati was fluffy & lightly coated and the lamb succulent.
the masala dosai filling with the beetroot & mint chutney plus sambar perfect!
chicken tikka came looking “not red” BUT smelled of the tandoor & tasted just as it should, well done!
next the keralan prawn moilee absolutely smashed it! perfect balance of spices & coconut cream.
half way i (had to) ordered a palak (spinach) curry “spicy” that came with kofta balls – heavenly (i’m a Sikh so i know my palak).
the papadams were also perfect, not oily & one can tell that the oil it was fried in wasn’t rancid.
i couldn’t do desert but the boss said the kulfi was yummy.
we had the NZ Sav Blanc which was accompanied the meal well.
bravo guys, i felt like eating in India, you deserve the tip i left.
