Rating for Gyros. Not had their pizza. Don’t get them. They obviously do not have a spit for gyros. Every piece of meat (maybe 5 -7 slices) were the EXACT same shape and size. Just like buying pre-sliced gyro at the store. Entry is a storefront and just a vestibule counter to place orders and pay, so you cannot see into the kitchen. I understand atmosphere rating is usually for dine-in, but the place looked old and dingy, and since you cant see the kitchen…

Smooth door dash delivery ordering experience. Got the 20 inch Windy City pizza, a calzone and a cheesy beef. Prices were reasonable and everything tasted good. Not sure how I feel about giardinera on a pizza but that’s on me.

I Ordered a bacon and cheese pizza and most of my pizza was cheese ONLY! When I called to complain, the person that answered the phone told me, “he made the pizza himself, it had bacon!” After kids had rushed and took some pizza, I then took a picture and you can see, or not see rather, any bacon… Why charge $5+ for a topping and give it to me sparingly on maybe 10 slices only? Not to mention the pizza is paper thin, when you pick the box up it doesn’t feel like it’s barely anything in it! I admit they have decent pizza but they are shady with it or how they charge people and I’m sad that I won’t be spending not one more dollar with them again! SHADY BUSINESS!!!

I just had the worst food from Masis Pizzeria. I ordered a pizza and a Buffalo chicken sandwich. The pizza was undercooked and tasted like mushy bread. The Buffalo chicken sandwich, according to their menu, is supposed to be “tossed in Buffalo sauce”. There was a little orange stain and one side of the bun and no sauce at all on the chicken. The piece of chicken was so small, it did not even fill half of the bun. It too was tasteless.
I called Masis to get a refund. They said I had to get it from Slice, since I ordered it from Slice. Slice said they had to get permission from Masis, and that the owner, Jose, would not authorize a refund. I spoke to the owner once, but he would not even admit he was Jose the owner. I guess he was afraid to talk to me. Terrible food and terrible customer service!

Order the Fabulous 4 and jalapeño poppers for dinner. This place has been around forever and has real authentic food, it’s not like the fake toppings and crust you’d get from on of the big box pizza places. While I don’t understand some of these bad reviews, I can say this about one of my beloved pizza places. They have outstanding customer service, whether you call in walk in or order online, they go above and beyond for you. I asked about an ingredient being switched not only did they, but they checked before they made the pizza to verify. They were so sweet and wanted to make sure as it was an allergy. This was the first order I’ve placed since I’ve moved back to this area and I have to say it tasted like home. This is my go to from now on! Prices were actually slightly better than that of papa J or Pizza H and Dom when you figure delivery fees in there. Great pizza, service and even Door dasher!
