The place is conveniently located in the middle of Chatham on Main Street, has ample free parking, has a wonderful homey old-style New England atmosphere given that it is in a converted two-story house, and the locates and tourists alike feel at home here.
The staff is cheerful and prompt in serving the iconic Dunkin Donuts specialties, which are significantly less expensive than at gourmet upscale coffee and tea shops.
Whenever I am in Chatham, this is my first stop in the morning, or later in the day to obtain a coffee drink to accompany a drive.

Stopped in here the other day on the way home from Chatham Bars Inn and was able to grab a quick coffee. This Dunkin is big, clean and has a great selection of food and service.
The best part was seeing a Dunkin ATM in the wild.

Came in for the first time in a while. Nice remodel… totally ruined by the worst service experience. I was waiting for a cold brew for 5-10 minutes (only person actually in the store). One employee on his phone and eating his breakfast. The other employee while making an order before mine put his bare hands in the trash at 10:20am 1/16/26. Didn’t make my drink to properly. Doubt I’ll be back.

If you’re not going to mobile order, dont bother. The dunkin business model now isn’t to take care of the customer in the store, its to take your money and hold it.
Over a half hour wait for a single breakfast sandwich and they hadn’t even started to make it yet. The guy in front of me left over 10 minutes before with 2 sandwiches.

30+ minutes for a couple bagels is crazy. A line of 20+ people waiting for food. It’s a coffee and fast food establishment and nothing quick about it

Went there for a coffee and donuts. Store had 9 staff working- all staff ignored and wouldn’t take any in person orders dispite the long line of customers waiting in line because of “app orders” wouldn’t acknowledge anyone. Customers tried to speak up and ask what was going on after some of them waiting 45 minutes. And were ignored by all staff except 2 who snapped back with an attitude saying “they’re busy with app orders”
No manager on. Staff doesn’t care about customers waiting in line. Half the staff were just standing around watching other staff make things.

Wow- this place is great! Dunkin is always great but the folks here are so pleasant and working so hard. I would say this is the cornerstone of Chatham culture. But really the staff is so nice and works so hard, it wouldn’t be the same without them

Visited Chatham Massachusetts today, stopped in for coffee and donuts at the end of our day with my grandkids.
Dominic was so kind to us! After we started ordering he said “we close at 5”…it was about 3 minutes til! He had no reason to go ahead and serve 5 people but he very kindly did!
Dunkin’ management should be proud of this guy!

Worst service ever on busy wekeends expect a 45 minutes wait at least on your food

There are seven people filling takeout orders and no one taking in store orders. 15 people are in store in line. Ten minutes. No one looked at us or said anything. Just walked by until someone in line spoke up loudly. Ifyou want donuts prepare for very poor service. Doncan is now for take out coffee not donuts.
