Stopped by Taqueria Las Chismosas for a late-night taco run and it absolutely delivered. The tacos came out fast, hot, and packed with flavor—meat was well-seasoned, tortillas held up, and the toppings were fresh (cilantro/onion done right). Salsas had real kick without drowning everything. It’s a simple, no-frills setup, but that’s the charm: you show up hungry, eat well, and leave happy. Perfect spot when you’re downtown and want something legit and satisfying.

This place is kind of small. If it’s busy at all you’re gonna have to find somewhere else to eat your food. This little place is awesome though. Super friendly and it’s just a fun little spot. Food is excellent. I got 3 street tacos. All excellent. My buddy got a burrito…muy bueno! Wish they had a spicier salsa option. But the salsa flavors are good. I would definitely come here again. Feels like a place I would be a “regular” if I lived in Austin

Probably the best tacos I have ever had! They were soooo good!! My boyfriend and I came from NY to visit Austin and stumbled upon this spot after a concert. I have to say they were delicious and flavorful. Don’t forget to get the green jalapeño sauce! It’s incredible! I can’t wait to go tomorrow to try the ones we didn’t tonight lol. I truly recommend everyone to try this spot.

Only came to Texas for the tacos. They did not disappoint. Beef fajitas and Al Pastor tacos were amazing. Full of flavor and if you want a kick they do have sauce that you can add as well. The guy at the register was very helpful and kind.

Went there this past Saturday to eat prior to going to a concert at Stubb’s and this place did not disappoint. The tacos were delicious and flavourful, the man behind the register was very helpful and nice. The restaurant is a small little hole in the wall place packed with colors and great atmosphere in the inside. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back soon.
