I started my meal with the rich, flavorful and creamy celery root soup (in the photos). It’s very satisfying and my favorite way to start a meal in the cold weather. I followed the soup with the red snapper special that came with gnocchi and asparagus (also in the photos with Katia’s special cocktail). Everything was perfectly cooked, tender and well-seasoned. I added a side of creamed spinach and I liked that it emphasized the spinach more than the cream. It has texture and you can really taste the spinach unlike other creamed spinach dishes I’ve had. I also included a photo of the delectable tomahawk pork chop entree that I had during an earlier visit. It’s a generous portion with a savory, mouth-watering glaze that’s exploding with flavor — highly recommended!
I also want to mention my appreciation of the manager Ana. She’s welcoming and personable, and she works hard to make sure you’re well taken care of. Ana is the best!
Thank you, Ana, Katia, and Ali!
The ravioli and scallops dish was SPECTACULAR.
The service was much improved. Noise level pretty high and the place was half full. The fish was excellent. The Pappa al pomodoro was bland. The tiramisu has no coffee in it and they used millefoglie instead of biscuits so it was more like ‘smores than tiramisu.

The service was mediocre (I watched the ice melt into my negroni for 10 minutes before I actually got to drink it). The food was ok. Fritto misto was really good. Mushrooms pears and taleggio not so much. It was a lot louder this time too.
And the bill felt a bit steep. Over $100/person for a drink, an antipasto and a primo.
The polpettone and especially the broccoli they brought with it were very good. Also the soffritto toscano with olives.
The food was genuinely delicious, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. But the highlight of my visit was definitely the service — our waitress, Barbara, was incredible. She was so kind, attentive, and had such a positive, uplifting energy that made the whole dining experience feel even better. You can really tell she cares about her guests.
Highly recommend coming here, and if you’re lucky enough to get Barbara as your server, you’re in great hands! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Arthur was our waitress and he is the best!
Highly recommend!!
